- CSCora SanderMar 27, 20261.0I went to get a uber inspection at Jiffy lube Jackson creek pwy Monument 3/6/26 and they asked if i had new brakes. Which i had just gotten done, they suggested a blake fluid flush. I agreed to the service. They purged my brakes to change the fluid after doing the process 2 times they sd all was ready. I had traveled from Pueblo to this location and as soon as I drive out I could tell my brakes weren't right they went to the floor when pushed. I called right away and spoke with Mike the owner he sd to bring to a mechanic immediately. So I took it directly to my mechanic who had to reflush the system and bleed the system and get my car brakes properly adjusted which cost me even more money. Mike sd he would refund me and pay for brake repair. When I called Mike he had assured me I would be refunded that day and a email showing reversed charges. I never got the email or the refund. I waited till the next saw no refund on my account so i called them. They sd Mike was on vacation but he would get back with me ASAP. Another week goes by no word, I called again he's still on vacation. Then today 3 weeks later 3/27/26 ! I called again was told he was at corner store he would call me back ASAP. But rather then the Mike calling me the employee called me back and sd his Mike was gone for the day @2:30 pm and would get with me Monday. I will never use jiffy lube again! Trash service trash management and doesn't stand behind their work even though they have a satisfaction pledge! They are nice but don't stand behind their work! Stay away!
