  Completely overpriced. They charge more if they go over a certain amount of oil to use. I have never heard of this or had other places do an extra charge for going over some arbitrary amount. Mind you I have a very basic truck. Nothing big or fancy. My son has a Kia Rio and they charged $100, after a coupon. The prices here are crazy! Against my better judgement, I had them replace the cabin air filter because it was needed. I should have asked how much before they did it. That is my fault. They charged $50!! Absolutely nuts! I looked it up and the same filter at Auto Zone for around $20. I highly recommend price quoting other places before having services done here.

  Duncan saved me and my engine. I pulled off the interstate and into his station with zero oil left in my vehicle (my oil filter was cross-threaded and throwing oil everywhere -- I fixed my filter on the side of the road, but all my oil was gone). Duncan said no problem, and filled my engine with 5 quarts of synthetic oil AT NO CHARGE!! He even checked my coolant and topped that off also before sending me along my way up to Denver. Outstanding and thanks so much, Duncan!
