I am one to usually talk crap about people showing up to businesses late. The guys at Jiffy Lube did my oil change, didn't cut corners on their checks and got me out of there with a positive attitude. Thank you!

Mike the manager stated “it wasn’t leaking oil and only had a drop on the oil filter” recommended bringing it to another mechanic to find the leak. All to find out it was leaking THROUGH the oil filter. Called and spoke with Mike and requested a refund which he said would be mailed out and I should receive in 7-10 business days. Waited 3 weeks, nothing. Called back and spoke to Mike again, where I was offered a free oil change at a later date which I declined due to lack of knowledge from issues during this service. I was then told my refund would be mailed out and to expect it again in 7-10 business days. Oil change was done at end of August and I still have yet to receive my refund.

I arrived just at closing time, usually an annoying thing to do. The guys were extremely friendly and assured me they were not annoyed but were glad to be of service. They changed my oil in minutes, were very professional, and made me feel valued as a customer. Every step of the process was done professionally, supervised by another mechanic, checked and double checked. I could not be happier with this Jiffy Lube location. I will be back with all of my vehicles.

I was expecting to be there for an hour like it stated online when I made my appt. I was in and out. They even showed me all the stuff they checked to let me know the status of them (all green 🤗). The two gentleman who assisted me were so kind. They even called me ma'am. May the Lord bless them 100 fold because they didn't have to be kind to me, especially with being out in the cold. I used to work out in the cold. Would highly recommend them.
