  Great job with the oil change and letting me know that my coolant was low, of which they filled. I asked for new wipers and they were having trouble installing the drivers side wiper. My wife and I appreciated the effort to get it installed and did not mind waiting. All of the staff were apologetic for the time spent installing the wiper and remained professional throughout. I will return when I need my oil changed again.

  Had oil leak that started slow, then inspected with my other mechanic and my oil drain plug fell right out and we saw the threads had been severely stripped like someone used an impact driver to remove or replace the plug last time. Management has tried to tell me they will not cover any of this as the time has lapsed since late September when I last got the oil change. The GM refused to call me back. Not an admirable business and I really suggest you avoid them and go across the street to brakes plus or even the Grease Monkey off 105. I really regret using them and the fact they even allow a drill down there is nonsense. Avoid unless you want an expensive fix like I have right now

  This place keeps spamming my cell phone asking me for a review so I thought I would tell anyone considering using them that they are very sloppy with their text messaging and you would probably get better service somewhere else.

  Employees were nice enough and competent, but the prices they charge are thievery! Always attacked with “hey you need an oil flush, look at your dirty oil”. Yes it should be dirty after 3,000 miles. No need for a $129 oil flush, just change it. Afterwards, here sir your oil is full up at the dipstick. Well, what do you know, clean clear golden color too. “Oh you need a new cabin air filter sir”. Yeah, how much? $49.99! Fellas, i can go next door at walmart and get a cabin filer for $11. Leave my filer alone. And when did a standard oil change become $129???

  Here's a bit of history followed up with how amazing this place is now: A few years ago... I had a really bad taste in my mouth when my husband first worked here a few years ago, but I honestly think that was just because of a bad manager who just wanted to be lazy, sling around a false sense of ego while also not truly knowing what he was really talking about, and cash in on money by having "loose morals" (that is literally what he told my husband back then, that he must "loosen his morals" to make it in that job when I know pretty dang well that's 1. not true, 2. a terrible mentality to have and 3. that's just bad business and a bad manager to even have the audacity to even think for a moment, let alone say to an employee, such a thing)... Back then all of that just ruined the place and ruined the good hard workers who worked there, causing so much stress on everyone and literally drove some of the them to drink and drug at work just to survive the day. It used to be so bad that I literally took it upon myself to hover around because I never knew when or how my husband or any other employee could get hurt by something (or someone) because of all of those issues. I couldn't trust anyone to be safe and the universe knows that the manager could not be trusted to keep them safe either and he would just let everything fall wherever they may without a care in the world. Of course employees themselves didn't want to cause trouble at work by saying anything to HR or the big bosses above the old manager either. Now in 2025... Once my husband heard it's now a whole new management and staff with wonderful reviews, he decided to give working there another go (I was skeptical about it at first, but it has been nothing but wonderful so far!) Since Mike took over management, it's been a whole new experience! I no longer feel gross for letting my husband work there because there is no more lying to customers, no more risk of employees hurting themselves (or risk of them hurting each other), no more stressful problems, and no more skeeving around to get away with things just for money. There are good morals and practices here now (among MANY other great changes and standards that have been implemented) as the other reviews in here proves! Now there is NO more getting away with bad things! And even if someone dares to even THINK about trying anything even remotely unacceptable, Mike is RIGHT THERE and sure to stop and correct anything necessary! And it's monitored so much better now too! Yay Mike! Now THAT is a true good manager! I truly want to say THANK YOU MIKE for turning this place around into a trustworthy and accountable place to be AND ensuring a safe place for my husband and all other employees to work! I can comfortably be going about my own day now without worrying what could happen to my husband or any other employee while working there. No more "Iffy Jiffy", now it's "Spiffy Jiffy!"
