  Used to be one of the best shops in town... NOW, I will NEVER take my vehicle here nor will I recommend this place to anyone! The worst auto repair shop I have ever dealt with!!! My repairs took way too long, car returned back to me in awful condition inside, service was HORRIBLE, repairs are poor and not even complete. I will find another way to finish the job with someone else. Taking my car to the dealership to see if things were even repaired correctly. TBD

  My car was fixed here after a front-end collision and while I appreciate the work done and timeliness (they fit my car in quickly over the holidays), I was disappointed to have my vehicle returned to me in absolutely filthy condition. When I called to complain about this, I was met not with an apology but with "well I don't know how that could've happened" (I had a screenshot from my vehicle's app showing all doors and driver's side door open while in the shop). Inevitably, my insurance company paid for full detail at another shop, but I remain disappointed by the lack of pride and attention to their work and furthermore by the response from Performance Auto Body. As I told Derek over the phone, this is the equivalent of my husband (a builder) doing a remodel and not vacuuming on the way out, and unfortunately, makes me question the quality of rest of their work.

  Try to talk on the phone with someone to get a appointment of an estimate of my car damage and the guy on the phone was really rude 👎👎👎👎👎

  They did a great job. Would’ve given them four stars the estimate and the final price were different
