  My car was fixed here after a front-end collision and while I appreciate the work done and timeliness (they fit my car in quickly over the holidays), I was disappointed to have my vehicle returned to me in absolutely filthy condition. When I called to complain about this, I was met not with an apology but with "well I don't know how that could've happened" (I had a screenshot from my vehicle's app showing all doors and driver's side door open while in the shop). Inevitably, my insurance company paid for full detail at another shop, but I remain disappointed by the lack of pride and attention to their work and furthermore by the response from Performance Auto Body. As I told Derek over the phone, this is the equivalent of my husband (a builder) doing a remodel and not vacuuming on the way out, and unfortunately, makes me question the quality of rest of their work.

  This shop was fantastic to work with. Very professional, did what they said, had a window problem after we picked up car and they fixed it with no questions. Travis was amazing to deal with and the repair job looks amazing. So glad we found this company. 100% recommend them.

  Try to talk on the phone with someone to get a appointment of an estimate of my car damage and the guy on the phone was really rude 👎👎👎👎👎

  We drove 5.5 hours to Ridgeway for my wife’s birthday, only to have a rock fall and shatter our moon roof just minutes from our Airbnb. On the Friday of a holiday weekend, Derek Fuller at Performance Auto Body still welcomed us in, patched the roof with a protective wrap, and sent us on our way safely. When I asked what I owed, he refused payment with a smile, simply saying, “It’s on the house.” Derek and his crew turned a stressful situation into a reminder of true kindness. This is the kind of shop that cares — and the kind of people you want to give your business to. Thanks for saving our vacation Derek!
