- LHLaura HallDec 26, 20253.0My car was fixed here after a front-end collision and while I appreciate the work done and timeliness (they fit my car in quickly over the holidays), I was disappointed to have my vehicle returned to me in absolutely filthy condition. When I called to complain about this, I was met not with an apology but with "well I don't know how that could've happened" (I had a screenshot from my vehicle's app showing all doors and driver's side door open while in the shop). Inevitably, my insurance company paid for full detail at another shop, but I remain disappointed by the lack of pride and attention to their work and furthermore by the response from Performance Auto Body. As I told Derek over the phone, this is the equivalent of my husband (a builder) doing a remodel and not vacuuming on the way out, and unfortunately, makes me question the quality of rest of their work.

On the Friday of a holiday weekend, Derek Fuller at Performance Auto Body still welcomed us in, patched the roof with a protective wrap, and sent us on our way safely. When I asked what I owed, he refused payment with a smile, simply saying, “It’s on the house.” Derek and his crew turned a stressful situation into a reminder of true kindness. This is the kind of shop that cares — and the kind of people you want to give your business to. Thanks for saving our vacation Derek!
