On the Friday of a holiday weekend, Derek Fuller at Performance Auto Body still welcomed us in, patched the roof with a protective wrap, and sent us on our way safely. When I asked what I owed, he refused payment with a smile, simply saying, “It’s on the house.” Derek and his crew turned a stressful situation into a reminder of true kindness.
