They have cameras so what's the problem? The salespeople are complete liars about real costs. They will exploit you at every opportunity. Getting anyone on the phone that can speak or understand English is very difficult. If you ask for a specialist be ready to fight and repeat yourself over and over. I may be worth waiting until your time is up to start driving again. This is absolutely horrible. Update: Finally able to speak with a specialist. Was very fair addressing my issues. If everything works out as we discussed I will be very content. Bumping up to 3 stars for now. Hopeful on the follow through. These people are completely incompetent. Find out through the DMV they have not been reporting or even bothered sending the lease agreement to the DMV. They don't care. There is no oversight or accountability. What a joke.

You are looped around to several people, all of which you have to explain the entire issue all over again, routed to different people... hours and hours and hours spent on the phone. It has been several months with no resolution. Extreme frustration, hundreds of hours and money spent. Still not fixed.
