    My girlfriend and I stopped at this location to get a back windshield wiper for her car. What should've been a five-minute pitstop was instead an hour-long ordeal. One of the employees, Collin, did his very best to help us, and for that we thank him. The manager, D, was also very helpful and kind, as it was her who ultimately told us they didn't have what we needed, and she kindly directed us to where else we could look for it. This was after 45 minutes of being passed around by employees who very clearly had no idea what they were doing, including them selling us the wrong product twice (one of which was $40) and having to resultantly issue us two refunds. One employee, I believe his name was Morgan, was incredibly rude and needlessly antagonistic to Collin while he was doing his best to help us, and for that I would think that he should probably be reassigned to a back-of-house position, and even that is extremely charitable. Outside of Collin and D, who again were very pleasant and helpful, the lion's share of the employees at this store could probably stand to be reassigned.

    I stopped into Auto Zone Montrose yesterday to price front wipers.Josh, the parts manager, helped me with getting the blades for my car and he didn't try to up sell me, as I hinted that $ was an issue, right now. Josh also put the blade on for me(no charge). The whole experience was great!
