Recently had trouble with my truck in the parking lot and Eric took it upon himself to help me and get me off to work. I see him there every day with a smile, working on anything and everything needed - He is so involved every time I stop by I did not guess he was the manager- but to me, that is what makes a GREAT manager. He is out there doing the dang thing. People forget how much you can make a difference with kindness and just being human. Eric knows though! Give him a big ole bonus or free gas for life or something! Thanks for making my morning Eric!
