They came to me and installed a new toilet, and what a great toilet it is. For no extra charged, the RV Doctor fixed my non functioning awning lights. Next I plan on seeing what they can do for bent slide gear teeth :-O

Casey and John were amazing! I expected to drop my Solis off for several days to inspect and fix a water leak but they didn't even take my keys. They jumped right in and started troubleshooting. Within 1 hour, they found (not easy) and fixed the problem and I was on the road. I highly recommend this company and am relieved to know I have a great group to help me in the future.

Wish I could give them a big fat ZERO!! We had an issue with our bedroom slide not coming in and had to call RV doctor on a Saturday so we could leave that day. Scott came out, said it was a faulty control panel but couldn't order one till Monday. Note here that we had told him that the previous week we put in a new matress and bed lift and hadnt used slide since. He still insited it was the control panel. Also note the only "tool" he ever brought in our rig was a flashlight. So we were stuck until a part could come in. We were told part would be orderedon Monday. Come Monday evening we followed up with them about part and they had yet to order. They sent us a quote for $915 for part and service. They wanted to charge us another service call fee plus 1.5 hours of labor for a plug and play control panel. We said never mind we will find the part ourselves and install. Finally we get new part, plug it in and nope still doesn't work. My dad who knows nothing about fixing RVs was able to figure out that the tilt bed wasn't going back far enough to trigger it was back and our slide won't come in as a safety precaution. So my dad fixed that and low and behold, the old control panel works just fine. So we paid RV doctor $350 for the initial call where they didn't listen to us and misdiagnosed. We bought a control panel for $400 that we can't return and also had to pay for double rv spots for almost a week which cost an extra $400. So if you want to waste money call them but if not I recommend never using RV doctor.

I discovered after our fifth wheel had a major blowout that I had no breaks on the RV. Not a pleasant discovery on the mountains heading into Estes Park. No RV dealer in that area could help us. Through a Google search I found RV DOCTOR. I called them and the technician arrived within the hour. He discovered the blowout caused the wiring to the brakes to short out. The technician was knowledgeable, professional and colleagial. We were 2,500 miles from home (Maryland) with no idea where to turn. I'm thankful I called RV DOCTOR and grateful for their superb service. It was the best $275 I spent on our 35 day journey. Nearly 3,000 miles later and all is still working fine.
