  The crew at Jiffy Lube in Loveland is great. Cedric was very knowledgeable and helpful, as was the young lady (long, dark hair whose name I failed to catch). Others at this location have been helpful, too. Friendly and caring people that make me trust in their work. If the owner happens to read these reviews, I’d hang onto this group.

  I bring our fleet vehicles and personal vector this location. The staff is always extremely friendly, curtious, and proffesional. With them amount of times I come here I have noticed that they don't always pitch the "add-ons" every time. I truly feel confident they only bring them up when needed. If you are looking for a professional service without all the pushy salesmen, this is the place to go.

  Stopped by for a quick oil change on a project truck I inherited and have been trying to do the family justice by restoring it was their grandpas and he loved that truck. Have always been treated like family by previous management and brought cars like my mercedes c300 and bmw 335xi. My first oil change on the vehicle I went with a synthetic blend not sure of what was used previously and was ready to switch to a high grade full synthetic extended performance and higher milage product which have been around for years and even the oil change they did on my bmw was a Pennzoil platinum manufacture specified 20,000 mile oil but when speaking with the new “manager” was told he’d never heard of such a thing and that whoever told me that I should go there cause he'd never heard of it. I even said you’re a manager of an oil change shop and you're unaware of the advancements in oil technologies when you've literally used it here for me before?! And when a service tech tried to chime in he was shushed by the manager hahaha. This young kid was arrogant condescending misleading and dishonest. Beware of taking your vehicle here under the current leadership I guarantee you you will be taken advantage of instead of treated with integrity. Just lost another loyal customer and I will wait until the manager gets inevitably fired before I ever give them another chance. As hard as I work for my money and with as much care as I put into my vehicles I would expect the same from whoever I decide to do business with.

  I received fast and friendly service during my oil change at Jiffy Lube. The team was professional and helpful, and they also took the time to let me know about other maintenance items my car needs to help keep it running smoothly and safely. I really appreciated their honesty and the quick service.
