I tried calling the customer service line at 5pm and the phone tree did not let me talk to a live person. After 15mins , it said it was good but when i blew i kept getting an error that i was blowing early. I had to leave my car parked on a random road and uber to my job. I was late to my work shift and my car is now stuck and i'm being told it is in a lockout again.. What is frustrating is that the call tree changed as soon as i had the IID installed. Before, It would ask me if i had a party's extension and customer service but now that it's been installed i get sent to a automated tree that only talks about my balance, my next calibration and last transactions. UPDATE: I was able to speak to a team member and Isaiah heard my complaint and made things right. Thank you for taking the time to respond!
