  Rented a car for a week here and the service was great. The car was clean and they were nice enough to ignore a windshield chip I received on the car. Thanks to both, Keith and Ashlee! Will be back again for sure.

  Do NOT come to this enterprise. Nothing but a joke. If you want to get treated with respect I recommend going to a different rental place. Ashlee was extremely rude and unprofessional. Rented a full size pickup just to be told 5 mins before they don’t have the vehicle but offered a suv (rav 4) in return for more than the vehicle requested. The employees there are not friendly or helpful. They give attitude and do not give you there full attention. Two of the employees we talked to answered the phone down the middle of our conversation. Very unprofessional and need to be put out of business. Would put zero stars if an option.

  This location is the worst, the last 3 times alone I’ve rented from this location they have been unprofessional and incompetent. The car type that I reserve and call to confirm they have, is magically gone to someone else. Then I end up waiting for over an hour for a completely different vehicle than what I wanted Becuase it’s all they have. Various vehicles have had extreme mechanical issues like an alignment so bad the wheel was a constant angle at all times. It’s really sad because when we use different enterprise locations there are never issues like this. Also the worker Ashlee is extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. Don’t waste your time on this location unless you want them to waste your time!!

  The staff at the Loveland location helped me rent a vehicle very quickly- through their competition, Avis. After 30 minutes of trying to prove my identity, I went elsehwere. Very terse and presumptive customer service. Deceptive pricing as well- my quote started at about $500 and jumped to $850. Plus, why do you need to know where I work?
