As with most RV shops the prices are a bit steep. $ 196 per hr. They did discount my visit by half as it only took 1/2 an hr. However a third of that time was spent trying to sell me another EQ hitch. They had no other solution for me. Nice folks but a disappointment over all. I won't go back.

Yes Colorado you greet what you pay for. Don’t believe the old Google reviews. RV DOCTOR is NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY!! Save your money and time. Find another mobile company.

EDIT: They showed up after they cancelled on us and then told us it was not a hydraulic issue but rather the pump. THEN RV DOCTOR WENT SILENT!!! It's been 2 weeks since they were here and HAVE NOT RETURNED OUR PHONE CALLS OR SHOWED UP EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD NO PROBLEM ACCEPTING $175 FROM US TO EVEN SHOW UP. NOW I'M FILLING A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE HEAD INSURANCE COMPANY AND CONSIDERING A PERSONAL LAWSUIT. IF THEY WERE A REAL DR. THEY'D BE LIABLE FOR MALPRACTICE. THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST RV REPAIR EXPERIENCE AND WE'VE LIVED IN RV'S FOR YEARS. Original Review: Will change this review when they show up. First issue was they overcharged. OK, we let them know what the insurance will cover and then they changed their quote. Now it’s Labor Day weekend. Had them scheduled to fix two hydraulics, suddenly they can’t come after booking an appointment. Colorado… don’t call RV DOCTOR!!! A reputable company would stand by their name and work not disappear because they didn't like the review AFTER they cancelled on us.

We love RV Doctor!! They’ve come to the rescue on multiple occasions when we’ve had issues. They were able to get us in when no one else could. The techs are knowledgeable, efficient and don’t “milk the clock” when doing repairs. Randi, Stacie and the other team members always go above and beyond to help us any time we call. RV Doctor is definitely my go to when it comes to camper repairs and service! ❤️

My Rig’s breaks were locked up after using my parking break, late on a Friday night. The next morning I realized pretty much every mechanic that could work on it, was closed. After calling around a bit I was put in touch with Scott and he asked if I had a hammer. After some time lightly hitting my break drums, I was able to move again!!! He didn’t charge me and If I ever have an issue I will be calling them first! Thanks Scott!
