However a third of that time was spent trying to sell me another EQ hitch. They had no other solution for me. Nice folks but a disappointment over all. I won't go back.

They also went back and forth with the warranty company for me and that was such a relief. Only thing that was annoying was their phone tree makes it really hard to get ahold of anyone immediately or even get the phone answered during regular hours. Other than that, they seem to really know their stuff and were great to work with.

They know what they are doing, from the newest models to old vintage rvs (like mine). And they care, which is huge to me! And they don’t treat me any different because I’m female. Love that! Really can’t say enough about how much I love these guys. Traveling with my RV out of range of them is like cutting the umbilical cord, lol. Nice to know they’re always close enough to call if I have a problem.
