  I own a moving company and have started renting trucks from Penske. After renting from U-Haul a number of times and getting tired of their lack of service, poorly maintained trucks, unforgiving drop-off time windows, and tedious and time consuming mobile check-in and drop-off, I decided to give Penske a shot. If I rented one more U-Haul with shot struts and check engine light and a rear door that sticks and is extremely difficult to open/close I was going to lose my mind. Osvaldo and his team have been extremely awesome to us for our first rental. It's clear that Penske is the superior option. The 26 foot trucks are actual modern, well-maintained trucks, not beat up old vans. They are extremely flexible with pick-ups and drop-offs, not charging us an extra day when we're minutes late. We also look more legitimate pulling up in a Penske, in my opinion. And the level of customer service is substantially higher. Suffice it to say, they've earned my business going forward.   We rent a truck here almost monthly for the Food Bank. Maddy and Joey are THE BEST! They're always ready for us, even when they are busy. Quick, efficient, thorough, friendly. Thank you!

  The service at this location, from the manager Osvaldo to the rest of the team like Maddie is exceptional. I mean that literally, I have rented trucks for business from dozens of locations and Penske competitors over the years and this is the best. If you’re looking around for a place to rent a truck, I’d pick this one. I’d go out of my way (and have) to use this location.
