  Every tech was fast and efficient in there every step. Team had great communication and helped me become more knowledgeable about all the work done and key issues they noticed through there inspection of the vehicle.

  This was my first experience at a Jiffy Lube. Sederick was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Samuel was also extremely helpful. The in-house services and the effort put in by Sedrick and Samuel are the reason this location is getting a 5 star review. That all being said, I wasn't very happy about getting multiple texts from different numbers begging for a review. Because of that alone I wasn't going to leave a review, but Sedrick and Samuel deserve recognition. All in all, the in-store workers are GREAT! I'd give Sedrick and Samuel a raise ASAP. It seems like the marketing crew could use some new blood though. Edit: Super glad to get a generic and automated response from the owner instead of them taking the time to read and respond to a customer. At least the people in-store care about the customer.

  I arrived about 45 minutes before closing and the two gentlemen there did an amazing job! Explained everything thoroughly to me, were kind and patient with my questions....it was just the best oil change experience you could ask for!

  “It’s what we are trained to say.” I wasn’t planning to leave a review, but the repeated text prompts from Jiffy Lube made it clear one was expected. This visit was for a full-service oil change and a vehicle inspection required for Uber and Lyft. Before arriving, I had personally inspected and addressed every item on the inspection checklist: brakes, tires, lights, belts, controls, and visibility. At check-in, I explicitly requested a full-service oil change and the rideshare inspection. I was told the inspection was included. The usual upsells followed: wipers, air filters, coolant top-off. I declined each, as none were necessary. After the oil change, I was told the inspection paperwork would be withheld because my front brake pads were measured at 2 mm, and that the vehicle would not pass unless the pads were replaced. I declined the brake service. I then went directly to an auto parts store, purchased pads, and prepared to replace them myself. Upon removing the calipers, the pads measured approximately 8 mm, with roughly 70% of service life remaining. This is not a judgment call. This is not “close.” This is not a difference of opinion. A pad measured at 2 mm does not become 8 mm. I returned to ask how the pads had been measured. The error was acknowledged and attributed to another technician who was not present. When I asked what Jiffy Lube would have charged for the brake service, I was told it would be $200, with the explanation that the cost of parts would be “eaten” and labor would be free. I had just purchased the same parts for $45 retail. When pressed on this, the response I received was: “It’s what we are trained to say.” In the end, the inspection paperwork was completed, and I left with a vehicle that had been fully serviceable the entire time. I paid for an oil change and got exactly that. It was worth the cost to avoid working in the snow. The rest was educational.
