He did an excellent walk around and advise me of the benefits of purchasing insurance, which I did. When I return the car to the Eisenhower location Keith Williams Senior checked me in. He was professional, kind and courteous. He really knew what he was doing and it took less than 5 minutes. He even offered to get me coffee. Overall I've been very impressed with the customer service I received here especially by these two great guys. Give them a raise!!! Customer service is in short supply nowadays and when you get exceptional service it should be rewarded.
