  The workers were rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. They did not have the car category I had reserved and refused to do anything about it. When I entered, no one attended me despite there being 4 people. They were chatting and eating among themselves rather than talk to the customer. I’m never renting from this place again.

  Staff was friendly, with online check-in we were in and out with the rental in less than 15 minutes. Clean, up to date vehicle. Returning the vehicle was really easy. Staff there were really nice and welcoming. Will return again

  Braiden was professional, polite, efficient, and all around had a great personality. I've worked in customer service for the majority of my career, and Braiden is a top tier worker. Great experience with the rental, yet hats off to you Braiden.

  Everyone at Enterprise Loveland was very welcoming and helpful in getting me a rental car day of after needing to get my vehicle repaired. They were very accommodating in getting me a ride to and from the repair shop on the day I dropped off and picked up my vehicle—thank you to both Gary and Thomas for those rides. The rental they gave me was in great condition and was exactly what I needed to help me get to and from work along with some errands. This was huge in ensuring my life wasn’t interrupted too much with this little hiccup. Thank you to Keith for being so friendly, joking around with me, and helping me understand everything in the process in getting my rental. If I ever need one again, best believe I’ll be coming back. Thank you again and Happy Holidays.

  I was referred to this Enterprise location for a rental vehicle following a rear-end collision in which I was not at fault. I was without my personal vehicle from September through December and required a rental during that period. Over the course of my rental, I was issued three different vehicles. The first vehicle had multiple warning lights illuminated, indicating mechanical issues. The second vehicle was later identified as being subject to a recall. The third vehicle was ultimately retained for the remainder of the rental period without issue. I also experienced ongoing billing concerns. When the insurance company did not timely extend the rental authorization, Enterprise charged my personal card on file without prior notice or communication, rather than coordinating directly with the insurance carrier responsible for payment. This occurred multiple times and required repeated follow-up to resolve. Given the extended duration of the rental and the circumstances surrounding the accident, clearer communication, proper vehicle condition checks, and appropriate billing coordination were expected. Based on this experience, I would not return to this location for future rental needs.
