    Terrible customer experience. I communicated with their sales staff on Thursday to verify that a car was available and was told it was. I let them know I was driving out there the following Friday to look at the car. On Friday I verified again the car was available and said I was on the way and would be there in an hour an a half. Drove 93 miles one way walked through the door at the exact time I said I would be there only to be informed they just sold the car over the internet. Be very cautious if you are driving a long way as they don't seem to have any problem wasting three and a half hours of someone's time!

    This was, hands down, the easiest, smoothest car buying experience we’ve ever had. Danny was so proactive, helpful, and prepared from the moment my daughter inquired about a specific vehicle.     The purchase process for my 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ went smoothly, and I was satisfied with the buying experience. However, within two months of ownership I began experiencing a hard brake pedal and reduced brake assist — a serious safety concern. This model year had previously received a brake assist–related software recall update, which made the situation more concerning when the issue developed. After I informed the dealership that the braking issue had nearly caused me to be involved in a head-on accident on a two-lane road, I was told: “Since we did already take care of the recall, there’s not much left for us to do since it is indeed your car.” I was directed to service, but there was no offer to assist with or accommodate a diagnostic. Because of the safety risk, I contacted GM directly and opened a case. I then brought the vehicle to another Chevrolet dealership, where a failing brake assist vacuum pump was diagnosed and replaced at no cost, including the diagnostic fee. I appreciate that the vehicle was ultimately repaired, but I was disappointed that I had to escalate the matter and go to a different dealership to resolve a braking safety issue so soon after purchase. I would encourage future buyers to review recall history carefully and ask detailed questions about brake system performance and post-sale support when considering this model year.
