  Dealer kept my vehicle for 5 days for a recall issue. Was never contacted about progress. Eventually I reached out only to find they haven’t even looked at it. Proceeded to take 2 more days. Reached out to the store Manager and even spoke with the Dealers Owner, who told me they would follow up after the service was completed which never happened. Was told I would receive a handful of free oil changes, which never happened. On top of it, I never received any documentation that any work was performed. 10/10 would recommend any other dealer.

  Best car-buying experience ever! I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles over the years, and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. My salesperson, Connor, made the entire process seamless from start to finish. I never even had to step foot in the dealership until it was time to sign papers! We did all the negotiating over phone and text, and they even brought in the exact 2026 Chevy Colorado ZR2 Bison I wanted from another dealer. Connor also helped me work out two trades — my Bronco and my 4Runner — quickly and fairly. I had an appointment to close at 4:00 and was out the door by 4:30. That never happens! Usually, car purchases drag on for hours. I’m absolutely thrilled with Davidson Gebhardt Chevrolet and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a straightforward, professional, and enjoyable car-buying experience.

  We spent 2 weeks working on a deal for a high-end vehicle. Once we came to an agreement, I was asked to make a deposit. I went to the dealership and was told the vehicle is not there because the owner's wife is using it. So a person with no investment in the vehicle is using it as their daily driver? You don't know where it is or how many thousand miles more than advertised are now on the vehicle, but you want me to put money down on it? Hard pass. Their company policy is to let owner's wife uses their inventory as her personal garage. Buyer beware!

  We’ve bought two cars from this dealership, and both experiences have been excellent! The team is incredibly transparent, genuine, and easy to work with—no pressure or gimmicks, just honest service. We have built a great relationship with Steve Reese and the finance manager, Brett. Truly appreciate their authenticity and professionalism every step of the way. Highly recommend!

  Often I find myself having very difficult experiences with car dealerships, this was certainly NOT one of those experiences. I brought a difficult situation to Davidson-Gebhardt Loveland and they certainly rose to the task. I needed to find tires that fit for a set of larger aftermarket wheels for a C8 Corvette, and even the wheel manufacturer had a difficult time telling me what would work. I am very for thankful for Chip and the parts department at Gebhardt, they persevered through this difficult task, and throughout they were extremely communicative, kind, and patient with me. The final result is amazing and all the while they helped me to do it affordably. Additionally, while the vehicle was in, the maintenance team automatically took care of vehicle recalls that were pending and kept me notified through the process. This is by far the best dealership experience that I have had to this day. Thank you Chip, the parts department, and the maintenance team at Gebhardt Loveland, keep up the great work!
