I got my vehicle back with water in the headlights which ive never experienced before, with a burnt out passenger side light. Then my driverside headlight burned out. So I brought it in to rectify the problem. They wouldn't take care of the issue they caused. Then they left the plastic wrap on my seat steering wheel and floor board for me to expose of and then they left a car parked behind mine so I couldnt leave after making eye contact with me. Common sense says park the complete vehicles somewhere else so theres no issue. I won't take my vehicle here again. They lack customer service skills. Which is crazy to me considering thats the business they are in. I guess its just the car salesman in them, living up to the stereotypes.

But as for the service department the gentleman was very helpful and kind at the desk, I highly recommend getting parts directly from Chevrolet anymore aftermarket parts or not what they used to be I tried four new aftermarket alternators all of which failed until I got the Chevy branded one ACDelco and it was perfect no issues.

Then when asked to provide the Recorded call ironically they did not record then but do now. I would give this a zero rating if it wasn’t for their service manager, Will making things right. If using the Chevy be careful if using the service advisor Kaylee. Shame on you Kaylee for not taking accountability and being a liar. Over 5 weeks they had my car!!! All for a coolant leak I dropped off for expecting a few days turn around.
