  Fantastic service and great choices at incredible prices. Connor was very patient and helpful with my gf and I. We ended up purchasing 2 vehicles from him over the last year—neither GMs—both in great condition and exactly what we were looking for. The rest of the staff is very helpful and friendly as well. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality, value, selection, and service when purchasing their next vehicle.

  My wife and I are retired. We drive cross country about 1500 miles every few weeks, quite often pulling a trailer in our 2024 Red Silverado 2500HD. About halfway on our most recent trip, we encountered stop and go driving through a large city along with high wind and hilly terrain. These factors worked the transmission a little harder than normal driving and it went into "limp" mode. After we stopped for the night, the issue didn't happen again. However, it did turn the check engine light on. The code cleared and the light went off a few days later. To be cautious, I took the truck to Davidson-Gebhardt to have a transmission flush and an oil change. This was my first time going to this dealership. I mentioned the issue we were having, knowing that they probably couldn't do anything about it since the light was off when we brought it in. The service representative mentioned it to the service technician. The service technician dug deeper into the issue and found that in fact there was still an issue with the transmission. Davidson-Gebhardt worked with the manufacturer to have the issue covered under warranty and had it fixed in just a few days. We were about 1000 miles from the warranty expiring. Now, my wife and I can drive across the country on our next trip and not worry about transmission issues or a breakdown due to this issue. I can't thank the service technician enough for digging deeper into the issue we were having with the transmission. I am also grateful to the service representative for making sure the technician knew about the issue and for any other role she had in getting this repaired. In short, for the cost of an oil change, an issue with the transmission was found and fixed under warranty, the oil was changed and the truck was washed and was clean as a whistle when we picked it up. Davidson-Gebhardt will be selling us and servicing all of our Chevrolets going forward.

  Charlie was the nicest salesperson and very helpful, not pushy, and listened. Went out of his way to coordinate delivery of the vehicle I purchased from them. Would definitely seek him out if purchasing a vehicle from Davidson-Gebhardt.
