- SGSydney GraffDec 26, 20255.0Great service and an amazing staff! My technician was Luke and he was very kind and it seemed like a very fun place to work, everyone was having a great time. I went by just to get a quote for getting my breaks done some day and they pull my jeep in for a free inspection and discovered my ball joint was close to snapping on me - yikes. So glad they pointed this out to me! I was in a tight spot money wise due to the holidays and the store manager was able to work out a more affordable price for me. Not only that, when staff discovered they couldn't replace just the ball joint, they'd have to replace the control arm as well, they threw in that part for me without charging extra! It's not often I see service like this in the world of auto shops. I hate to be this person, but as a woman it sucks because I feel like people try to pull the wool over our eyes at some places but the staff were very genuine and caring people who wanted to make sure I was safe on the road. Since I didn't expect to get any services done that day I had my dog with me that day and she was welcomed in the shop and was treated very kindly as well. Lot's of treats and lots of love. Brakes Plus in Loveland is dog approved! (Miss Beans says hello)
