The only thing that's unacceptable is to promise that you're going to get it, then don't and just leave me hanging, even after I call two more times to get an update. That's B.S.! The part was a "Duralast Pin Boot Kit 16208", and I was promised it by 3:00p on a Friday. Called Friday night - they took my information and promised to give an update. Called Saturday evening - they took my information and promised to give an update. It's now Wednesday and I've never heard back. Thank God, NAPA had what I needed. And just for the record: AutoZone's "rewards program" is the worst in the industry, and maybe the worst in ANY industry. I signed up for it when it was created, and have never gotten a single reward of any kind. Points always expire before I can use them.

They're usually helpful, the store is convenient, pricing is fine, but when you need a part to fit exactly, you may have to go elsewhere.
