I paid for a wash and expect it to get the "wash me" graffiti in one go.
- GMGavin MeagherOct 26, 20252.0I just stopped for a moment to try and use the vacuum since I was nearby, but since it was cashless I tried to download and use the app. It was so unbelievably difficult, I had to verify my email AND phone number, give my personal information and address, sign for terms and conditions, and the end result was an app that I could barely use since pop ups kept me from navigating it. Awful experience for something that seems like it could be so simple.
