- CCChaseJan 20, 20265.0Tuesday January 20th , 2026. I want to thank the gentleman that went above and beyond to help me today. Jase(sp.) From the moment I stepped up to the parts counter my day brightened. He was knowledgeable and gave me his complete attention as i explained what the car was "doing" so that he could give me a solid assessment (based on his personal experiences working on his own vesicles) to help me get the right parts. (BTW I am no mechanic . I'm donating my time to help an elderly women that paid others to do work on her vehicle and they did nothing but take her money) A local mechanic wanted to charge her $1630 dollars to "diagnose and "fix" the car. Jase gave me some ideas of why it may be idling/stalling inconsistently. I changed the fuel filter and it runs like a dream. A $40 dollar part and 45 minutes of my donated labor. Not $1630 dollars in replacing random parts until it ran properly again. We live in a world where some places try to upsell everything. Good customer service is getting scarce. And some people do not make you feel welcome when standing at a register, regardless of the type of store you're shopping in. Advanced Auto Parts. YOU ROCK!!! We want to thank you Jase for your compassion and dedication to your career, and the genuine help at the store. The 68 year old women that was without a car for 5 months was moved to tears. She was able to drive it today. I sat in the passenger seat listening as this wonderful women praised the nice man at the parts store. Not All Heros Wear Capes. Some work at the Advanced Auto Parts store at 3200 N. Garfield Ave, in Loveland Colorado. We Genuinely Thank You Jase!! 🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅
