This time they worked on "Mable" the Sable who is 29 years old this year and she was leaking antifreeze. When the new cap did not fix the problem, they kept working until they found the cause. They always treat me with respect and are willing to listen to my concerns. We own 3 vehicles, Mable is my baby, the 1999 F250 is Dave's and the 2002 TBird is our fun vehicle. This group of mechanics have worked on all 3 and found every concern and made repairs that kept us on the road. No matter the age of the vehicle you can certainly trust Collins.

Back in the day we actually lived down the street and just came upon them because we needed somewhere nearby to help us with our car that wouldn't start. They earned lifetime customers that day by being friendly, transparent, and fairly priced. The employees at Collins always explain issues in plain english and with no-pressure. If you ask, they'll help you weigh the pros and cons and give you their best assessment of possible risks. Obviously there are no guarantees, but since I am not an expert, it is incredibly valuable to have the people at Collins who will help me make an educated decision. Shout out to Ben! He relayed my many very specific questions back and forth to the mechanic on my last repair until I felt comfortable with my decision. Finding a good mechanic can be a daunting task. We were lucky to stumble upon Collins all those years ago and they have kept up their level of service through changes in employees and leadership. The culture at Collins is one of hardworking people that are happy when the customer is happy. They deserve the recommendation.
