  Dax and Dave were great to work with. Inspected the brakes quickly and found that app pads and rotors on my older car needed to be replaced. Had to leave to get kids from school but they were happy to put it back together and have me come back the next day for the service. They are a great crew and have good prices too!

  Breaks plus team in Loveland are fantastic! They’re straight to the point and are also fully willing to find what will work for the customer in terms of saving money and getting the repairs you need. If a repair is out of their wheelhouse they will give you fantastic suggestions of local businesses who can help. Ms. Sandy was the representative who helped me and she was awesome! Highly recommend giving this crew a try!

  This is an amazing place they are honest and thorough and very professional Sandy was a riot she was very professional and everything she always kept me in tune of what was going on next I appreciate this place they turned my Jeep into almost a new jeep thank you so much!

  First impressions of this location were fantastic!!! A few months ago, I had brake work done at another Brakes Plus, and while I won’t name that shop—since it may have just been an unfortunate one‑off. I never felt fully safe or satisfied with the service. My brakes never felt great and got way worse over time, so I decided to get a second opinion here at this location. I was greeted by Sandy, who was truly the definition of great customer service. She listened with genuine concern, answered all our questions and even offered suggestions for nearby places my wife and I could go while they inspected the car. After looking into it, she let me know my brakes were technically just outside the warranty window, but given the circumstances, she went and got the go ahead to honored it and had the front brakes fixed. I didn’t get to meet the techs who worked on my wife’s car today, but I can honestly say I haven’t felt this confident or safe driving it in a long time. I really appreciate everything they did today, and I’ll absolutely return for any future maintenance or issues they handle. Thank you all very much, and I can't wait to do business with you in the future.
