He was generous in explaining the technical aspects in ways I could follow. Overall, I really the level of quality and care by Robert.

Had to bring vehicle back two days later after noticing oil spots in garage. Apparently the technician did not clean the skid plate after draining oil from the vehicle. The manager also tried to tell me I needed a brake flush when I had just had one completed on my Ford service plan about 15 months prior. No compensation offered except a discount on next service, which I obviously won’t be returning for.

I brought in a brand new car to get its first oil change in July and on its next one a few months later, the dealership was shocked that a professional completed the previous oil change. The Jiffy Lube techs failed to put a gasket on when replacing the drain plug and didn’t torque it to spec. The drain plug had come almost completely out and my car had almost no oil in it. They made it clear that I narrowly avoided a much, much more expensive bill. I gave Jiffy Lube the benefit of the doubt and gave them a call, opting not to submit a complaint online. After 5 phone calls, across 2 weeks they promised to refund my card only to email me a voucher for another oil change at their location. Unfortunately, this shop just doesn’t have it together.

Tyler and the rest of the team did a thorough inspection on my vehicle and clearly explained the issues they found and their recommended repairs. I didn't feel pressured to purchase additional services which was a welcome change of pace from a shop. I would gladly return here again for future services.

This oil change someone missed the oil fill so there is alot of oil on my engine and driveway. No biggie, have a large 4 foot oil sheet that slid under my truck til cleanup can occur. Had a $15 coupon and they doubled it ... because of the spill? Dunno
