The staff immediately greeted me at my car and went over their upfront pricing which I appreciate. They did give me a run down of the manufacturer suggestions and what was needed for fluids/flushes and filter replacement. They didn't even judge the duct tape holding some parts together :) They also gave me a discount without asking for a coupon. Within 30 minutes of driving up to the lot, my 2008 Subaru had an oil change, tire rotation, inspection, air filter replacement, a receipt for services, and a happy camper driving him home. I will definitely be coming back!

Instead, I was told there was a stripped screw, which the staff said “could have been anyone” and was “up in the air.” This then turned into a full oil pan replacement, which I was not charged for, leading me to believe the issue occurred at this shop. I was told the repair would take about an hour, but I ended up without my car for nearly 20 hours. I had to repeatedly ask employees for updates. Then was told to get a ride home, and I was initially expected to pay for it myself. Had to hassle the service technicians to pay for it. I was told the car would be ready first thing in the morning, but I never received a call. I had to contact the shop for updates, and each time I was given a different completion time. When I finally returned to the shop, 20 hours after I arrived, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience, just “here’s your total.” The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service was extremely disappointing. I will be speaking with the district manager regarding this experience.
