  Great crew. I like the check system that reduces/eliminates errors. Fast, efficient, professional. The ability to stay in the car while they do the work helps everyone and improves efficiency. Just a great process and crew! This was my third visit to this shop in Longmont, CO on 17th near Hover ST. They're my go to location.

  Jacobe was so kind and went the extra mile to look for any leaks that might still be present to the eye after recent work I had done. They are always so kind here. I will always come to valvoline!

  I had no issues with the Longmont location. Stopped in for my first oil change before my drive back to Seattle. The csr was Levi, topside was Ariana and bottom side was also levi. Would recommend.

  The guys are very nice and on top of it. It is so nice to drive be able to sit in my car while they take care of everything. They track what you car could need. The guys walk you through and ask before doing anything and they go over price. The discounts online are so nice.

  I Paul Richard showed up to Valvoline instant oil change today it was probably very respectful place there's a young man there that was very good directing Us in there and then we came across so called super duper power tripping manager in charge today started taking my air cleaner top off which is a gasket under it and I didn't say anything you know and he tried to put it back on and he wiggles it all around and messes up my gasket cuz I just put 4 hours into the motor changing it put all the brand new everything plugs spark plugs removing the manifold the whole nine yards and this guy has the tenacity to shake my top all around and mess up my gasket on the top of that piece where she thinks he's a professional person yelling at me telling me it's his job I said look dude I just put four hours of working to this vehicle and only asking for an oil change not for a new estimate of telling me what you might want to charge me when I already know I just want an oil change and some grease under the car where do you go where you get a 48 inspection point inspection where they don't even know what they're doing so anyway my review replies on an older man at 63 and a younger man around 40 50s whatever it is thinks he's in charge of the world his job so important to be rude to people like me I had the right to say something I am a customer and you don't wiggle my gasket all around I don't care who you are I put money into this car I respect people to respect my car do you well that guy needs fired he's a very bad person and denied my service from him because I told him please check that gasket since you got all mad well anyway this review means a lot to me he pissed me off so bad that I think you should have time off and learn to respect people treat people with respect and care no matter what they say you don't like your job go get a different job thank you Paul Richards
