  Huge shoutout to Jason, Mikey, and Ryan in Longmont for absolutely going above and beyond to help us get into our new toy hauler! From start to finish, they made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. They took the time to answer all our questions, made sure everything was set up perfectly, and genuinely cared that we were comfortable and confident before leaving. It’s rare to find a team this dedicated and helpful—these guys truly exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with our experience. Highly recommend working with them if you get the chance!

  Working with the Longmont General RV team was a wonderful experience. Coming from Alaska, there were multiple trips to check out different models, numerous calls and more emails than we can count during the process of purchasing and picking up a new Super C RV. Everyone we worked with from start to finish was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. During our scheduled pickup, there were a few hiccups where a couple things needed attention (a drawer not sliding properly and a slide a little bit out of adjustment). They went out of their way to make things right and immediately repaired or replaced all of it right there on the spot. As well as installed an option that we thought was included with the model but was not, at no cost to us. Could not recommend them enough if you are looking to purchase a new RV.

  Deal with Jeff! No b/s, not pushy, helpful. He has been in the industry a long time. Easy process dealing with General, start to finish. Kevin was helpful and personable, Lillian ensured everything was in order during delivery.

  Our RV pickup experience at General RV in Longmont CO got off to a rough start, but ultimately ended on a very positive note. We were given an 11:30am appointment and made the effort to arrive on time despite my husband’s overnight work schedule and traveling nearly 100 miles. Unfortunately, the RV was not ready when we arrived, and we noticed missed areas in the detailing—even after paying for interior and exterior service. Our initial interaction with Lillian created a poor first impression. The communication felt rushed, and her customer service skills came across as dismissive rather than helpful, which added to the frustration. Thankfully, the experience completely turned around from there. Jaimie, the sales manager, was calm, professional, and truly exceptional. He took the time to listen, walk through everything with us, and made sure our concerns were addressed. We felt heard and were fairly compensated, which we genuinely appreciated. Ashley, the operations manager, was very understanding and followed through to ensure everything went smoothly. Scott did an excellent and thorough job walking us through the RV—he was detailed, patient, and very knowledgeable. Jason in finance was also great to work with—soft spoken, personable, and made the closing process easy and comfortable. While the experience started off disappointing, the team ultimately came together and delivered great customer care. We truly appreciate the effort to make things right.

  We bought our camping trailer from here, Jerry was our salesman he did an excellent job on showing us only what we were looking for. He also worked with Jamie on getting the price for our trade in, Which really worked for our budget. We worked with Jason in finance and he found a company that gave us a good percentage rate, also gave us some insight on how to get refunds from our previous trailer dealer thank you so much Jason on helping us out. Last but not least, when picking up our trailer Scott did a wonderful job on showing us how everything worked also we were able to make sure it all worked, we were so impressed on how thorough he was. I would highly recommend this company! Thank you General Rv Longmont for making our dreams come true. Also thanks to our wonderful friends Nina & George for recommending us to go here..
