  Jaedon and Gavin were very attentive and friendly during the interaction. They were very clear in their observations and recommendations to improve the vehicle performance. Cody, who was working in the bottom side identified and communicated a severe engine oil leak which we have to take care of. All in all, outstanding service.

  Survey Comment: My skid plate was not put back on correctly. The next day I heard something dragging on the road as I was driving. Took it back to a different location & the skid plate is ruined, so I had to purchase a new one. I’m sure the skid plate already had some damage from doing its job, but it was not put back on securely after my oil change & basically came off as I was driving the next day

  Only had to wait 5 minutes until TJ, the assistant manager, came out. Very professional, friendly, polite, clean. I was directed into the bay. He explained what the mechanic was doing, answered my questions, showed me the old filter and noted it was still clean and I didn’t need a new one. I like that he was truthful and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. They topped off all the fluids, inflated my low tires. TJ gave me a discount even though I didn’t have a coupon—I appreciate that. I paid, he reset and showed me how to reset my maintenance light and sent me on my way. Fast and pleasant experience.

  I did not get service, ended up leaving while getting pricing. They had a $25 off sign out front when heading north on pace, saw from street but since they weren’t “holding the sign” it doesn’t count. They said the sign shouldn’t have been there and it was their fault. They should have honored that for me as a customer since it was their mistake. If something like that wasn’t handled right, gives me concerns about them working on my car o handling issues that may occur after. Giving 1 star only cause of this issue. No idea how their service is… something to think about.
