My only complaint was the quantity of remaining tempered glass bits in my backseat and trunk. The technician used a vacuum and removed the vast majority of pieces but when I went back through with my own vacuum I easily vacuum up another 50-75 pieces of glass in nooks and crannies.

I went through USAA to make a claim and they connected me with Safelite. Cody (my technician) was fantastic. He reached out to me before my appointment, showed up on time, was finished in about an hour. During the install, he showed me some details on my truck and provide good insight into the previous install (actually, this is my second windshield from Safelite, previous replacement was from 2021). The glass looks amazing, greatly appreciate the service and quality.

I called to her quote and once I asked to please email me the quote because I wasn’t ready to schedule, Kayla hung up on me just like that. I called back and Miriam answered, I explained the situation and she just answered in a rude manner that the estimates don’t send unless you schedule, I said ok you guys could’ve said that instead of hanging up, I said you’re not even apologizing for getting a bad customer service and you’re being rude, she said are you going to schedule ? That was my cue to not go there! Very rude people. I was going to pay over $1,500 in service but now I rather go elsewhere.

He also made the rubber outside seal for me. It’s the day after Christmas as well and he never mentioned it or seemed frustrated to be working. His Technician ID: 01801-115, hope he get recognized by management. No other glass repair organization had my specific make and model due to the age of the car but Safelite did! Them coming to you is a huge game changer
