They were supposed to come this morning between 8-12 but called at 8 and said they didn't have the right windshield and couldn't get it! I called the office to find out how they had the part yesterday but not today and was told that my vehicle is 15 years old and that was the best they could do. Why is it so difficult to get a windshield with Super Duty sunscreen across the top of the windshield?

He blamed the company for his lateness and when a simple apology would have sufficed he refused to even acknowledge his tardiness. He proceeded to escalate the situation even after I disengaged and walked away. He attacked me personally (verbally) as I was walking away. I have NEVER had such a negative encounter with a company that I was paying! It is impossible-by design-to contact the store directly so I had to wait for the manager to finally, hours later, to call me. Another negative. The manager’s only response was,”sorry that happened to you”. I will actively advise all my contacts to stay away from this company.

The person sitting in the front office acting very impolitely when responding questions. On my phone app tracking. I noticed they took the car out for a drive over 5 miles away Fromm the shop for whatever the reasons was. That made me believe why the 3-5 hour promised time was for their intention to do other businesses with my car. The brand new windshield installed weren’t thoroughly cleaned, leaving a thick layer of cloudy surface which was very annoying. Not done professionally, overall.

Company offered an additional $100 discount to keep my scheduled appointment on each windshield so I did. When tech called about the appointment on that same day, he acted like I was speaking a foreign language, he acknowledged the discount but declined to offer the discount safelit website offered upon trying to cancle my appoinment for both windshields... false advertising and they running this company like a head shop. Thanks DUDE BRUH, THANKS FOR NOTHING
