- CJCecelia JonesOct 8, 20255.0I made an appointment for an estimate to repair some front bumper damage. An employee, Ben greeted me with a friendly smile, and we went to look at the issue. He said the damage wasn't bad, in fact he pushed the damaged bumper piece back into place. Then he buffed out the scratches. He wouldn't let me pay for his time which I was prepared to do. I was treated with respect, and honesty so rarely seen today. My experience was such a surprise and I wanted to share this experience with others. I give Gerber Collision five stars and more. Thank you Ben.

Nice no charge she said to me and being from Jersey you never here that so I was shocked that you Lisa !
