- CMCrystal MartinDec 29, 20255.0not sure where to start this story, we had financing for a used trailer at a different dealer. that unit ended up being junk. Continuing on our trip we stopped in Longmont, CO at the newly established General RV, found a used unit in budget and the magic started. Every single member of this team went above and beyond! from sales, hospitality, service, finance, walk thru to show features! there isn't a single person at the dealership that during our 3 day stay (Saturday- Monday) in town that didnt go the extra mile. Would I buy from them again...Yes! Would I tell friends to make the drive and try their service dept...All day! Thanks General RV

I wasn’t sure how buying a camper in another state would work, but Derick made the whole process simple! He took the time to answer all our questions and even do a video walk through so we could see it before we bought it. Derick also helped us out with storage options until we can come pick it up. He is awesome! Kevin in finance was also great and made the financing seamless! Thanks Derick and Kevin for helping make this happen! We can’t wait to start our adventures with our new trailer!
- BCBeth CDec 16, 20251.0Bought Jayco motorhome in July. Walkthrough shows us the gas & electric on thermostat for heat. Electric heat blew cold air on 2 week trip Sept. Found out no electric heat this rig. Refrig blew out inside unit right before trip in Sept. Used ice chest 2 weeks. Longmont sales promised replacement decals since the ones were scratched up and a new mattress we have yet to see these items 5 months later. WE REALLY REGRET this purchase with CW!!!!!
- SMStu McFarlandDec 12, 20255.0I've never owned a camper trailer before and was looking on FB and CL. Finally decided I'd better start with a dealer until I knew what I was doing. This place had a trailer that checked all my boxes, but upon looking it wasn't that great. But a smaller trailer that wasn't even on the website was exactly what I wanted. Probably the cheapest trailer on the lot. I didn't expect much from them, but they inspected and detailed it, did an outrageously thorough walkthrough, and reviewed trailer brakes and all as though I'd bought a $200k machine. I really appreciated the time they spent on me. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, spent most of the time talking to the sales guy Gary. I will absolutely go to them first for parts, service, or the next upgrade. I rarely have anything good to say about dealerships of any kind, but they were great
