- SDSean Dykstra2 days ago5.0Bought my Coachmen camper van a few months ago, they didn't have exactly what I wanted but found it in Utah, helped coordinate the delivery right to me and helped take care of all the paperwork for getting it licensed properly. Had a minor issue with the propane tank, and they worked around my schedule to get me the new tank without disrupting my ability to use the rig. They have a massive selection, and even if they don't have what you want, they go out of their way to find it. Kevin in the finance department also helped coordinate getting the rig early even though I was planning to pay cash. (Cash access was going to take a few weeks, so he helped me with a short term finance solution to get the rig sooner). Highly recommend.
- BRBrenda Ramthun4 days ago5.0We had a MAJOR warranty issue and Carol in the service department went above and beyond advocating for us with our manufacturer! This was a several month process and she stuck with it on our behalf. Our unit was transported to the manufacturer to get the work done and returned to General RV. We needed a couple maintenance things done and Carol made sure it was completed in a very timely manner. General RV has customers for life!! Whether needing the service department or to purchase.
- JBJonathan Buck5 days ago1.0Great beginnings but NO follow through! We bought our 2023 KZ Connect in October. The salesman Jeff was awesome. Completely made us feel welcome and comfortable. This being are first trailer we have ever bought. The sales manager was also very good. We had to wait to pick it up till after the previous owners received their new trailer. We were very excited to be able to pick it up. However, This is where General RV began to let us down. We began the walk through on the camper and it quickly became apparent that the lady doing the walk through had very little knowledge of campers. (This is our first camper we have ever purchased) We were told that it would be a thorough walk through. It was far from thorough. I did not see it as being her fault. She was not trained well to do a walk through. But she was not very welcoming that we had a lot of questions of how things worked and operated. She acted very annoyed with us! Also when we went to the purchasing area. We felt badgered by the financing guy. To get all the warranty and to actually finance it. It was like he couldn't accept that we were paying cash! We left with our new trailer that day though. Feeling pretty let down by that experience. We then received a survey asking how they did. We told them the truth. Manager Allison quickly reached out. Apologized for our walk through experience and invited us to do a walk through with a senior tech. Thought that was awesome for them to treat us so well. However when we got up there the trailer was back in the bay all opened up for a walk through. And the same lady that had no answers from before came walking up. We truly couldn't believe it!! My wife asked a couple of questions that she still had no answers for. We told her were good. My wife and I then had to get the camper all broken back down to travel while they sat and watch us. Didn't bring the drill over to quickly raise the stabilizers or offer any assistance. I even forgot to hook up the power cord because they made us feel so uncomfortable. We reached out to Allison after getting home and she just said sorry we know that you will probably never use us again. Not even asking us what questions do you have? Maybe we could get some answers for you, Nothing. She just blew us off! Very let down by the whole situation. Would not recommend General RV at all!

I finally decided to come in and Derick has been a blessing! The patience, knowledge and intuitiveness that he holds has allowed me to feel comfortable with moving forward in the process.
