  Honestly, going to the rental place is just so so. Logan and Ellen really elevated the experience and made this the best experience I've ever had. Will 100% be back and may rent some cars to try them out.

  This has always been the only brand I prefer when renting a car, especially during my travels. At this branch, Ellen and Logan are very friendly. The location and the branch itself are quite nice. However, even though I explained the issue with the vehicle I rented and requested a replacement, the follow up process was unsuccessful. My request was not fulfilled. In addition, despite having several reservations, I had to cancel multiple times due to the unavailability of vehicles. I am a Gold member, but I do not see any benefit from it. I also feel that Enterprise's service quality has declined. For my future car rental needs, I will consider different companies.

  One word. Ellen. She’s the entire reason we rented from this location in Longmont. We needed a quick rental because the FJ needed a new power steering pump (long overdue—the original was from 2010). Her service is white glove, friendly, helpful, and authentic, something that has largely been lost in customer service these days. We will only be renting from here moving forward for our rental needs. If we come back and she hasn’t been promoted to area manager, manager, or some form of leadership role, I’ll personally call whoever is higher up the ladder to make sure she’s recognized and on track for leadership. Why does my call matter? I speak with CEOs, VPs, and C-suite executives all day, every day. I guide them and help bring clarity.   My husband recently rented from this location while his car was in the shop for repairs. He scheduled his appointment well in advance and clearly requested a vehicle comparable to his own and with four-wheel or all-wheel drive. Despite this, he waited several hours only to be offered a two-wheel-drive truck—right as a snowstorm was approaching. The truck also did not have a hitch, making it unsuitable for his needs. While waiting, he witnessed staff attempting to rent out a vehicle with a detached rear-view mirror, which raises serious safety concerns. Although the front-desk staff were polite, the overall experience suggests issues with vehicle availability, maintenance, or management. We have rented from Enterprise many times with positive results, so this situation was unexpected and disappointing.
