When you first walk in, everyone is super friendly and once they have you on the hook and out the door, all bets are off. They don't return phone calls, they don't respond to emails. When you have a repair that needs made they blame you instead of honoring their 3 year warranty. We walked out without the extra battery they promised, no spare that was promised, no extra propane tank that was promised as well, stating we had already signed the loan and they hadn't added that to our loan. When we were leaving we asked them to put our blue tooth brake control on, they said they didn't know how, we would need to figure it out, also instead of a pin for our hitch, the gave us a nut and bolt and said that'll work. So we were like ok that's fine. But we left and on our way home it was snowing and freezing. Went to setup the camper and the grey water tank pipe was cracked due to water being left in it. Needless to say they said it wasn't them we must have put water in it. We were travelling and did not stop to fill or use anything. But they said they couldn't honor the warranty. Then it took 3 months to get the title. Now we find out they never sent the bill of sale or the paperwork showing the breakdown of the loan so we can plate it. Have been calling and left voicemails, messages to call back, and emails, even asked to speak to a manager just to get told they will take a message that he's too busy.
If I can find my pics from the broken pipe I will come back and edit to add the picture.

My salesman was good of course like usual because they want to make that sale but after that it was terrible as usual! when I added water to my brand new 2026 Jayco pinnacle the water spewed out the other side of the trailer out of the water heater so it took a month to get it professionally fixed luckily by a rv technician that I found on google I got so lucky because camping world and Jayco totally turned it around and wouldn’t stand behind their product! Don’t fall for the two year warranty gibberish because it’s a lie! I heard lazy days rv has a better service crew so I’ll go there next time.

Bought a 2020 Forest River Wildwood FSX camper back in January from here. It was in consignment. Just under $16,000 and beautiful. Perfect size for me. I was told it had a new battery and propane tank. Hooked it up and brought it home.
Got it home and wanted to open the slide to show it off and found nothing worked because the battery was dead. Bought a charger and tried to charge but battery was toast. Went and bought a new battery for $130 and everything worked fine for a minute. Four days later I went to the camper and new battery was dead. I did check to make sure that nothing was left on and all the switches were off and everything was as it should have been. I did finally go back to Camping World and spoke to the salesman that sold me the camper. Basically I was told I was on my own. He was nice about it but it's not okay. $16,000 for a camper and there's an electrical issue that I have to pay somebody to take care of now. It's not okay with me. If you do business with this company I would just make sure all your t's are crossed and your i's are dotted before you drive off their lot because once you do (in a used RV) you are completely on your own.

We visited Camping World in Longmont CO and were impressed by their people and professionalism. We visited to see if they could help us with our Winnebago Boldt integrated lithium battery and electrical system. They did their best - working tirelessly for 1 1/2 days to try and get just a few minutes with the Volta company in MI (who is going out of business and is understaffed). Josh and Ty were wonderful, doing whatever they could to try and resolve our problem, and keeping us comfortable and updated. Other folks also came by to say hi and pet our dog Carlos. We spent a lot of time hanging out, and this place is so clean! And people are so friendly!
We are grateful for Josh’s persistence. Thanks to him we know the Volta battery has gone bad and needs replacing. Next steps will be researching a replacement plan that does not include Volta!
Thank you Josh and Ty and Longmont CO Camping World folks for your expertise, patience, persistence, help, kindness and generosity!

This was not a great experience. We picked out a Class A before arrival and were 98% positive we wanted it. I called Camping World to ask about a pre-approval but the person who answered said they don't do this. I went to the GoodSam site and secured pre-approved financing. I called the sales person and asked him if the motorhome could be ready to go as my husband has health problems (recent heart attack) so would have difficulty waiting plus we were driving 1.5 hours to get there. They said sure and, silly me, I believed them.
The finance person who was helping me (outside Camping World) said she'd called and asked me to let them know about using their service. I called Camping World and the person said they prefer I use their financing and said it would be cheaper for me, so I canceled my pre-approval.
The day we went, the Class A was not ready, the process took a very long time. I felt bad for my husband who waited and still needed to drive the thing 1.5 hours back home. We didn't want to leave as we'd just need to come back.
The financing was terrible, a 3 percent higher rate than I'd gotten prior to arrival. Also, they'd told us we needed to bring a cashier's check for the down payment which caused us to spend more time going to our bank only to have them ask when closing if I wanted to pay with my debit card. I gave them the cashier's check.
So my husband is not feeling great and we wanted to go as soon as possible. We thought they'd put the needed sewer hoses/wheel blocks in the unit but got home to find they did not. I called and asked and they said I was supposed to pick them up. I asked them to please send them by mail and they said well, that would be expensive. I explained that it was more than 1.5 hours one way and I did not want to take a day off work again to come and pick it up. I called several times, no luck so I spent a good deal purchasing the hoses and such from Amazon.
The service people were helpful though. Overall, bad experience.
