  I recently took my Subaru forester in for some repairs; front brakes, rotors, alignment, and the control arm bushings that needed replaced. Joe helped me get the best price for my situation and booking the appointment was easy and fast. This repair had been put off for way too long and they solved the problems as quickly as possible. Although the car had some troubles with new concerning noises, only two days later I had an appointment again and they took care of it right away. Happy to have my vehicle back feeling safe and sound again!! Thanks Joe !

  We live in Mead, Colorado. We only took our vehicles to Mike Johnson at Brakes Plus shop when he the manager in Firestone. He handled all our repair needs for a number of years and the only one we trust. He is very knowledgeable and the service was always outstanding. Now that he is at the Longmont Brakes Plus, we will drive the extra miles to go see him. We recommend Mike to all our friends and family.

  I had an amazing experience at Breaks Plus! Even though they were very busy, they sincerely apologized for the wait time and made sure I felt valued as a customer. The entire team was courteous and professional throughout my visit. The managers, Mike and Joe, were especially helpful. They kept me updated on my vehicle’s status and clearly explained what repairs were needed along with the estimated costs. I really appreciated their transparency and communication. I will definitely be back for any future service needs. Highly recommend!

  I had a great experience at Brakes Plus in Longmont. From inspection to full brake and rotor replacement, I was in and out in a couple of hours. They don't confuse things by offering a long list of options. They just use high quality parts, and you can choose whether to buy an extended warranty. Mike was extremely professional, and the overall experience was seamless. I will definitely use Brakes Plus in Longmont again.

  It’s taking me a few days to write this because I honestly didn’t know what to say. I’m still in shock! I had sent my daughter in Monday afternoon to get an oil change. Our car had just got a new oil pan put on it recently but for some strange reason, the manager told my daughter that she would need a new oil pan soon and that their quote was $901. He said he had tried to put a plug back in and it was tough for him so boom that’s it? $901 dollars? Thank God my daughter called me right away and I had sent her over to the Brakes Plus in Johnstown where they had done all the previous work. They put the car in the air right away and was trying to find the issue. THERE WAS NO ISSUE!!! I was completely shocked. The workers over there straight up told us that the Longmont store was trying to scam us into a $901 problem that wasn’t even there. They even had to drain the new oil that the Longmont store had just done. Not to mention on the paper work it said that they topped off the windshield wiper fluid and when I checked it, it was almost completely empty. So not only was the manger trying to scam my daughter into $901 dollars but they falsely reported filling up the fluids when they in fact, did not. This whole incident caused our family a great deal of stress. Stress that was completely preventable if ppl were being honest. I want to put his name on here but I’m worried it would get takin down and I want to help as many ppl as I can before they get scammed. This is really happening out here and it’s super unfortunate it almost happened to us. Never just take their word for it and always get a second opinion. Even if they say something is broken ask to see it for yourself. My daughter had even told me that there was another young girl in there at the same time as her and that the manger was quoting her some expensive quote for her car and she was hoping that girl didn’t just pay it.
