  The team working were great and accommodating. Walked me through any issues that they found and gave me fair pricing and timeframe of when certain items like brake pads would need replaced/life left. Jared leads a great Crew!

  These guys are Truly the best ! I made an appointment and brought my car in this morning and they really checked everything and made sure my car is as dialed as possible. I highly recommend Brakes Plus for any brakes or under the hood situation they are the best. Thanks Jared H and entire team at Brakes Plus you guys rule!

  Great place to get your brakes and vehicle check, service is awesome and the staff is very helpful providing information and what’s needed to have your vehicle safe. I truly recommend this place so come get your car check. Jared H. Was very kind and helpful. Recommend it.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Brakes Plus in Firestone. I brought my vehicle in for a brake job that ended up costing around $2,000, and from start to finish the service was frustrating. They initially ordered the wrong parts, which delayed the repair. While I was there, it didn’t feel like the shop was being properly managed—there were younger employees goofing around instead of working, and the manager Shane, seemed more focused playing on the Internet than overseeing the shop. After getting my truck back, the brakes were still not functioning properly—they squeak and grind, which is unacceptable for a repair at this price point. I brought the vehicle back to have it corrected, but the issue still wasn’t resolved. Shane said he would go on a test drive with me to hear the problem, that never took place. I went out of my way and drove 30 minutes due to the positive reviews online, that was a mistake! Communication was also an issue. Shane tends to talk over you rather than listen, which made an already frustrating situation worse. Overall, I’ve spent a significant amount of money and time and still don’t have properly functioning brakes. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

  Great experience at Brake Plus! The staff was friendly, professional, and got my car taken care of quickly. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. The pricing was fair and the service was efficient. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone needing reliable auto service.
