  Always have a good experience, my husband and I wash both of our cars here. It’s never too busy, the automatic car wash works fabulously & the membership pays for itself on the first two washes. I have a black car & it makes it so easy to keep up with the exterior

  I will only use touchless car washes to prevent scratching of the clearcoat or maybe Worse. I generally wash myself, but when I noticed that each day, I could do a self wash or get a top of the line touchless car wash for $25 a month I was sold! The touchless is nice when I just want a quick touch up also has unlimited vacuums. If you crunch the numbers, there’s nothing better.

  I had issues with the app. I was lucky enough to have Hanna call me back on my phone and she had everything straightened out in a few short minutes. She was also very patient and articulate, and had a positive attitude during this call. Thanks again for having such competent people such as Hanna! Steven M Counas

  Clean car wash. Good pressure on the water in the self serve. Touchless does not hit the MAC chloride good enough unless you get the more expensive wash. I have a monthly membership and it is well worth the money!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash. My vehicle was damaged during a wash, and after filing an incident report, they denied responsibility. Their explanation was that I selected the wrong wash level due to my vehicle having a spoiler — something that was never clearly explained as a risk that could cause actual damage. There was no clear warning that choosing a certain wash could result in damage to factory-installed parts. Most customers would reasonably expect a car wash to safely handle standard vehicles without causing issues like this. Instead of taking accountability, they pointed to fine print and app selections. Very frustrating experience, especially when you trust a business with your vehicle. I would strongly recommend being cautious here, especially if your vehicle has any attachments. Not the level of service or accountability I expected.
