- JMJ MillerMar 31, 20261.0I would strongly recommend avoiding this location for any work on your vehicle. I went in during November 2025 for a routine oil change and tire rotation. The day after the tire rotation, my entire wheel came off while I was driving on the highway, which was an extremely dangerous situation. Right away the local management team acknowledged that the issue was their fault. They indicated they would make sure my vehicle was restored to the condition it was in prior to their mistake that put my in danger. However the process was never easy or made me feel like they cared about the mistake they made. It took months to be reimbursed for some expenses, my vehicle has never driven the same since the incident and has required additional repairs that were not covered. When I attempted to follow up with Valvoline about the ongoing issues, the local management would no longer communicate with me. The area manager would not return calls, and the national customer service office stated my claim was closed and would not provide further assistance. Their insurance company gave the same response. This situation started with a routine maintenance visit and turned into a serious safety issue and months of frustration. Based on my experience, I would not trust this location with my vehicle and I wish I could give them 0 stars.
