  Tommy's Always has very friendly staff. I do love the mat cleaner... great wash. however, their competitors offer complimentary window spray and interior spray and rags. No extra charge. That is the only thing holding me back from doing monthly membership.

  Pretty disappointing. I came to this car wash when they first opened years ago and loved it so much I got the monthly membership. I moved about two years ago, but was in the area today, so figured I’d stop by for a quick wash. Their prices have gone WAY up, the detailing kit that was previously included with the cost of a wash is no longer included and an extra charge, they are out of towels to dry off excess water, & their mat cleaning equipment is out of order. I have weather techs and previously, they would rinse them off with a hose (as they do not fit in the automatic mat cleaners, but would not do it today as ‘the hose is on back order’ & I was told they cannot use the indoor hose on them (although this is what was previously done). It’s gone way down hill in a fairly short amount of time and was a waste of time and money—unfortunately, I will not be returning & can no longer recommend their services.

  1. I love this car wash because it consistently leaves my car looking spotless, inside and out, with that fresh, just-detailed feel. 2. The staff is always friendly and efficient, making the whole experience quick and stress-free. 3. I appreciate how well they maintain their equipment, because it actually makes a noticeable difference in the quality of the wash. 4. It’s one of those places where you can tell they care about the details, from the shine on the tires to the streak-free finish on the windows. 5. Every time I leave, my car looks and feels brand new, which keeps me coming back again and again. I love to play in the snow, dirt Ect.

  This is what my car looked like on the back after getting the most expensive wash... didnt get bugs off the front either. Its just dust you can wipe off! Regret going here since it didnt do what some rain could.
