These guys are pros. True experts of the craft. I had a Ram 1500 a tore down to the block. way more than what was needed was taken off and andrew had the knowledge and experience to put it all back together after not taking it apart. Most shops wouldn’t even touch something like that let alone ken coming to my house, towing it out of my garage and getting it back together. I’m very particular about things like this and Andrew called me about small things and when parts were needed he ordered quality because that’s what he knew I would want. All that aside, they are great guys. Ignore the bad reviews, management has changed this shop is grade A Michelin star mechanics.

Made an appointment for my Silverado/Duramax to have the oil and filter changed and tires rotated. I showed up on time for the appointment and was told it would take an hour so I took a seat in their waiting room. 3 hours later my truck was finally ready. They said they didn't have the proper oil on hand even though I made the appointment days ahead of time. They also charged me for 15 quarts of oil when the truck only takes 10 quarts. This was the second time I was disappointed with their service. I used to take all of my vehicles for service here, but no more.

This shop is right across the street from my house so I thought I’d for give it a shot, but that was a mistake.
I had them “fix” the heater in my truck, simple job, new actuators but 6 hours of labor so was over $1k. Turns out this did not fix my issue, so I was back again and they told me I had to spend another $1400 for a new heater core. They did not diagnose the problem correctly and just guessed at what I needed and since this is now a separate problem of course it’s not under warranty.
At the same time - they also advised that I had a coolant leak on my turbo and advised replacing both. A $4k job! Took to another shop for 2nd opinion and they replaced a clamp that was causing a slight coolant drip - FOR FREE. Never again.
