  Josh is always so friendly!! He always goes above and beyond for me, as one day I had gotten a sticker on my window and I was worried I wasnt gonna get it off, he said no worries and here he came with his little scrapper tool and took it off so easily, his employees also are always so nice to me I end up staying there longer than I should because im always talking to someone .. recommend coming here, vacuums always works, and detail station always stocked

  I was able to score a coupon for a $5 car wash to try them out. My first impression driving up is that the place looked a little jenky. There was an attendant that helped process my coupon and get me on my way. When pulling into the wash, the track extends way out beyond the wash bay, which was a little weird, but the attendant was able to guide me in just fine. She then took a brush and washed the front and back of my vehicle before I drove through the actual car wash. The actual wash was decent, but made my rims look horrible due to brake dust being half washed. When I was vacuuming, the manager came to check to see how I liked the wash. I told him about the rims. He explained the tire washer washes tires and not rims, but asked if I wanted to run through again. I said no, but it was nice he asked. The vacuum area was small, but worked really well. There were 2 mat washers, but the best feature was the detailing center. They have window cleaner and interior cleaner as well as damp rags. I was able to use the damp rags to wipe down my interior and wipe down my rims. All in all, the people were very friendly, out to make sure I had a good experience and I did.

  I used to have a membership here years ago before the ownership change, and decided to try Whistle after they sent a free wash offer — glad I did. Their follow-up, ease of signup, and a $10 unlimited monthly option (with multiple cars and even a guest) made it an easy decision. Customer service has been excellent — there’s always an attendant available and helpful. The free vacuums are great, and the DETAIL CENTER with towels and cleaning supplies is a huge bonus — I don’t even need to bring my own products anymore. So far, they seem to have it figured out. I’ll definitely be continuing my membership.

  What a great car wash experience I just had! At Whistle express car wash, they have an employee who cleans your windshield and rear window before you enter the automatic car wash. The car wash itself was great and got my car squeaky clean. Afterwards, I came to the vacuum station to clean the interior of my car. The vacuums worked great and there was plenty of space for me to clean. They had a mini “detail center” with plenty of clean microfiber cloths, all-purpose spray, and window spray free for use. They also have a mini machine that you can run your floor mats through. As I was running one of my mats through that had spilled honey stuck to it, the on-site manager named Josh, came over and said he would clean my mats for me while I kept cleaning the interior of my car. So very kind of him and he cleaned my honey-filled mat with a smile on his face! Seriously 10/10 experience. I definitely recommend getting a monthly membership at Whistle Express Carwash.

  This has been one of the most frustrating and poorly handled customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with. The response I received was a generic, copy-and-paste denial identical to the one previously sent by Take 5, despite Whistle Express confirming it has acquired the brand. There was no meaningful engagement with the actual facts of my incident. I disclosed a roof-mounted cargo box before entering, was instructed by the employee to proceed, and was told the top wash arm would be bypassed. It was not. The equipment descended and forcibly ripped the cargo box off my vehicle, damaging my roof rack and factory side rail entirely within the tunnel. Adding to the frustration, it is effectively impossible to speak with a human by phone—only automated systems and canned email responses. As a longtime customer, I will never return. At a minimum, employees should be retrained to stop misleading customers about what equipment will or will not be bypassed. I’m sure this will never be passed along to actual leadership, which says everything about this company. If it is, leadership should know that this process accomplished nothing except screwing the customer who followed instructions. Either way, you’ve lost a longtime customer.
