Since I am moving now, I no longer need the membership. However, I found out that the membership deal was only good for 30 days, so instead of paying $14.99 as advertised, I have been apparently paying more. I understand trying to make a sale, but deceiving a customer to make some extra money is unethical. You have lost my service. 0/10

I took my new vehicle that I purchased in April 2025 into this car wash and got permanent brush marks on the driver side door in front of and on the door handle. That was last Saturday Sept. 20 and the Manager looked at it and acted like it wasn't their fault. However, he did promise to contact me on Monday which never happened. I went to the car wash again this Saturday Sept. 27 and the Manager is now on vacation. I cancelled my monthly subscription and I will not be back to this pathetic car wash. Only take an old vehicle that you don't mind getting scratched into this car wash!
- MWMonique WhiteAug 9, 20254.0It was a good experience. First time here. They have a menu when you drive up that offered one time or monthly options. I drove up to the window, relayed my choice and paid. Cashier asked if I was familiar with conveyor belt car washes. I was. Exited the wash and even though I paid for the top wash, I was sad to see the sides of the front of the car were barely washed. Luckily I had a rag in the car and was able to remove the remaining dirt by wiping at it. Parked at the vacuums and had to move 2 times because the hoses were either weak or had holes in them. Third try was the lucky one. Vacuums were strong, got the job done.
