- JSJohn SJan 26, 20265.0I scheduled an appointment for Window Tinting on all my Windows. Dropped off my vehicle and went over the details. I was shown a few different combinations and went with the one I liked. The appointment went longer than expected due to the cold. Why I got the tint: Honestly for privacy and to reject UV rays/heat. My car had no tint on the windshield and front two side windows. I always dealt with blinding head lights from other cars, the sun beating down on me making it hot and cranking up the A/C. What I got: I went with ultimate tint package (XPEL Prime XR-Plus). I did 20% on the front side windows, 70% on the windshield, 45% on the rears, and 5% on the sun visor. It looks amazing on the outside. On the inside everything looks good. At first I didn’t like the sun visor because it stood out on the inside. But when I had to deal with the sun, It actually worked amazingly. I honestly don’t even need to use my sunglasses anymore. Overall I am happy with the quality and product I went with. The haziness was not really noticeable during the day but on the first night, it was awful. It has greatly improved as the curing process continued. So far I am happy with the product and will recommend Tint world to my friends and family. My car has felt good temperature-wise, looks great, and I love the privacy I have now. The Ceramic tint may seem pricey, but well worth it. Plus visibility even at 20% is way better than other tints I have had at 20%.
