They used to be great, but have different people now and everybody is just angry and rude. The last two repairs they couldn't get right the first time so I had to bring it back. But the attitudes now are the worst I've seen in any business in years. Avoid. Edit: After this service, it had problems that it didn't have before. Took it to a reputable shop, come to find out that they wrecked the serpentine belt by soaking it in oil and the entire engine is an oily mess from the most recent service. Oil change was accomplished without replacing the plug gasket, they just reused the one that was there, slow drip now.

Brought the car in 3 times, paid a bunch of money, car not fixed. Refuses to give me any of my money back. Car broke down on the highway because of their work. He told me to go ahead and write a bad review and take him to small claims court. AVOID this place at all cost.

I had maintenance required notification, so I scheduled an oil change using coupon. Coupon should go to Wounded Warrior Project, but is printed as Wounded Warrior Foundation. I informed the manager Cody Vasquez, but he wasn't concerned. Then I noticed an oil leak under my car and was told it was due to a defective filter. I would think defective materials would be ruled out before you release the car. I don't trust this company, as my check, which I made out to Wounded Warrior Project has yet to be cashed after a month. Let's talk professionalism! Apparently, the owner Kenneth Scholl feels entitled to text you images via text from an unknown number, instead of contacting you by phone. After I blocked the text, he then called me under some kind of influence because his words were slurred. I explained that I had already contacted Val Pak and she acknowledged the error on the coupon and apologized. He however, resorted to name calling without taking any ownership or accountability. I suggested he work more closely with the vendor he hired, if he wanted to avoid errors on his coupons. The call ended with Mr. Scholl under some kind of influence, slurring his speech, calling me names like an elementary school child. He could definitely benefit from a course in conflict resolution. See enclosed image clearly indicating charity as Wounded Warrior Foundation as recipient of donation for oil change. Update: This business was contacted 10/1/25, re missing checks and assured WWP they would be remitted in the next few days. As of 10/29/25, my check has yet to be cashed! My car was serviced 8/27/25. I do not recommend this business!
