Had our daughter who just moved out of state take her car there to have a suspected blower motor repaired. The technician did a very thorough inspection of her car, diagnosed the blower motor issue and gave her a detailed quote for that repair, along with a couple other repairs that needed done. The cost for this was $160, which I felt was very reasonable. He did indicate that if she elected to have the repair done he would apply the $160 charge to her repair bill. This was late afternoon on a Saturday, so she made an appointment to bring her car back on Tuesday for the blower motor repair. On Tuesday the repair was made, however when it came time to settle up the bill the shop did not apply the $160 to her bill, they claimed they never said that would be the case. Luckily my daughter stood her ground and they ended up taking $90 off the bill. I feel the repair price and quality of parts used was good, but the sales tactic by the person on Saturday may have been a bit unclear. I do feel she will be back to have the other repairs done as her college student budget allows. Hopefully she found her new "trusted mechanic" since her old one (me) lives 600 miles away.

Do not bring your vehicle here. This review would have zero stars if it was an option. They are only about taking your money! I had two terrible experiences with this shop. The last time I brought my truck to them because my truck didn't pass emissions. They told my that I needed to replace both catalytic converters and all oxygen sensors. When I spoke to the mechanic directly, he told me I could probably get by with just replacing the O2 sensors. When I asked about how they tested, I was told that there were no codes on the computer and that "they know emissions and what needs to be replaced". I then decided to take my truck to my regular shop where, after testing, only one catalytic converter nedded to be replaced, not both, and no O2 sensors. I initially didn't go there because they had a two week wait to get in. I will never go to this shop and will tell everyone I know not to as well. For great care of your vehicles go to Revera Automotive in Lakewood and ask for Mike! Him and his family will take great care of you!
