Went on a long drive that turned dangerous. Landed safely in the hands of these amazing peeps. They took care in not only fixing the problems but also advocating for me as we negotiated with the chico team to take responsibility for damages. Could not express my thanks enough with a special shout out to Mr. Randall, Jesse, Caleb, and the manager. Thanks guys and happy holidays!

Me thinking I could be miss independent and put my own oil in my car made the biggest mistake and put way way too much in my car. These two gentlemen didn’t even hesitate when I asked if they could help drain my car oil. With my kiddo in the car I sat and waited while my car oil was drained, my windshield wiper fluid refilled, and my tires filled with air dreading how I was going to pay this. (That’s why I did my own oil.. on a budget…) the time came to pay, and all I was told was, you’re all set have a safe drive back home (over an hour away). Thank you doesn’t even begin to express my gratitude. You took a stressful situation and turned it into a positive outcome. I can’t thank you enough. I have enough family down there that I will sing y’all’s praises from here in my town over an hour away to get their oil changes from you all. Thank you so much for fixing my big ol’ mistake.
