Messy work all together. Not to mention, another shop told me that the oil filter did not have the correct gasket on it. I get it. My fault for placing faith in value at your shop.

There was a lot of road construction all around them, making it quite difficult to get to them today, but I needed an oil change so I waited in the very long traffic. I explained to them when I got there that I didn’t have a lot of time due to the time that I spent in traffic, they were so efficient and had me out of there in a record amount of time . Also gave out free air fresheners today ! Will definitely come back to this location and trust them with my vehicle.

I had my brakes replaced by this Grease Monkey location and there ended up being an issue months after replacement. I took my car to another shop and they explained there was an installation error so the work needed to be redone. I contacted Grease Monkey who put me in touch with Jerome the district manager. Instead of shutting me down, he stepped up and made sure everything was taken care of with no payment from me. Mistakes happen and Jerome and team took ownership which most places wouldn't. I'm impressed with their customer service and I recommend bringing your car into their shop as they stand behind their work and are a pleasure to work with.
