- MTMary ThomasOct 30, 20251.0I. went in to get my oil changed and I have used Grease Monkey for a while but this time they came out showed a few fillers I needed and I thought it would be just easier for them to do it, but I then asked why the oil change keeps going up and they thought I was rude cause he then got the manager and he said they have been the same for 4 years. Ok and usually vacuum my car and wash my windows and they half assed did my windows, they were very streaky. They also large turnovers cause there’s never the same people, so I probably will find somewhere else to go for my oil changes

When I went to check out my total was 152! I asked why it was so expensive and was told that I needed six quarts of oil and not five and that bumped up the price. No one talked to me beforehand to tell me that the price was going to change. I got a small discount but still nothing compared to what I had budgeted for.
