  I started going here last year and they are much faster than my old Grease Monkey. Professional staff and I'm usually in and out in under 30 minutes. They also nearly always have some kind of promotion going on so I can usually get a discount on an oil change.

  Today my rental car ran out of coolant and a message appeared on the dash telling me not to drive and pull over immediately. I was near this Grease Monkey, so I asked for help. Three gentleman immediately helped me. They saw the coolant cap was jammed and used their expertise to remove and fill up my coolant. I tried to tip them, and they refused to accept. These guys restored my faith in humanity! I would definitely trust them with my car! Thank you for your willingness to help me out and your knowledge to take care of my issue. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I've been taking my vehicle to this location for years. I've always been satisfied with the service unit today. I needed my oil changed had a taillight out wanted it changed. The technician claimed it was a bad fuse which it wasn't if it was the light wouldn't be on at all they just didn't want to take the time to change it.I drove to autozone bought a bulb works fine. They claimed they washed my windows it never happened he also claimed the set my tire pressure that also didn't happen I was watching them the whole time. Not sure I'll go back

  Every time I've come in here, I've had a wonderful experience. I live in Boulder and drive down to this location for their people. The last time I came in the employee took the time to teach me about my car and how to take care of it properly and avoid scams, since I'm a new car owner. He was so kind and never made me feel like I was dumb for not knowing this or like he was talking down to me. This time, I came in for a transmission flush and oil change and they performed both services, directing me as well on what else I need to do, which I now understand and was able to agree to feeling fully informed. I'm also disabled- I use crutches to move around and the people here were so amazing about it. They held doors for me and made sure not to assume I needed assistance with something but asked if I needed it or not. They also cleaned my interior tonight, which was so kind and generous of them even though I came in about an hour before they closed, which I always feel a little bad about. I didn't get their names, but everyone who spoke to me and worked on my car was kind, caring and went above and beyond. So if you are a new car owner, disabled or just someone who wants to know that there is good care that you can trust, I recommend the Grease Monkey on Bowles. I will be a customer for life.

  Having received a warning on our dashboard that an immediate oil change was needed, we pulled in for an emergency evaluation. After checking our vehicle, they determined that the mileage was not reset after our recent, out-of-State oil change. They checked all fluids and our tires and declined to charge us for their time and service. We were both reassured and very appreciative; I highly recommend using this Grease Monkey location.
