    I was really worried when I walked into the shop this morning. I've had 2 people tell me that they have had bad experiences at OTHER Goodyear locations recently. But my experience was completely different! The staff was very friendly. They knew who I was as I walked in for my appointment because they had reviewed the schedule beforehand for the day. They got me in BEFORE my appointment time. They didn't push me to do any extra work. The shop was clean, well-stocked with beverages, and had plenty of seating. I'm impressed!

    I came in with only 14 psi in my tire and needed it checked out. Initially he said they had so many appointments coming in that moment and I’d have to drop off for a couple hours and come back but I had to get my kid from school a couple hours from then, and actually live all the way in Sedalia. He said he would just squeeze me in because he didn’t want me driving on a tire with a nail, I had my toddler daughter with me. Got me patched up in less than an hour and was extremely considerate and kind!!! Thank you so much, Reed!!

    Had the best experience. Needed a nail removed from tire. Quick service and they were so kind to me and my kids I had with me. Even gave us .25 cents to get some gum balls from the machine. We will be back.

    I had a dead car battery and Joey helped me out right away. Even though the shop was busy, he took the time to change the battery and got me going in a timely manner.
