- CMCori MannOct 8, 20255.0I was really worried when I walked into the shop this morning. I've had 2 people tell me that they have had bad experiences at OTHER Goodyear locations recently. But my experience was completely different! The staff was very friendly. They knew who I was as I walked in for my appointment because they had reviewed the schedule beforehand for the day. They got me in BEFORE my appointment time. They didn't push me to do any extra work. The shop was clean, well-stocked with beverages, and had plenty of seating. I'm impressed!

Initially he said they had so many appointments coming in that moment and I’d have to drop off for a couple hours and come back but I had to get my kid from school a couple hours from then, and actually live all the way in Sedalia. He said he would just squeeze me in because he didn’t want me driving on a tire with a nail, I had my toddler daughter with me. Got me patched up in less than an hour and was extremely considerate and kind!!! Thank you so much, Reed!!

- BRBrittany RederJul 15, 20251.0I broke down stranded right in front of their shop and went in and asked for help and was denied!!!! This happened on 7/15 between 2-3pm on Tuesday. Me - A woman with a small child and 95 degrees out went in and asked for help and not one of them would come out and help me. I was told we're too busy. I couldn't believe it!!! I stormed out and said you're not good guys. The guy in a smirky comment back to me said we are good guys!!! What??? unbelievable!!! Aren't good guys supposed to help a woman stranded with their child on the side of the road??? How dare you say that to me after refusing me help. This interaction happened with Joey M. service manager and Bald guy. not one single guy helped me or even attempted or offered. These are not real men!!! Take your car somewhere else where it can be worked on by real men.
