    Enterprise really went above and beyond with service for me! This was a rental via State Farm who totaled my car and could have done a whole lot of things to help me but they didn't. Enterprise stepped up and took care of me. Much appreciation to you and your team, Owen!! Enterprise will always be my rental car choice.

    Customer service is good but they ruin their rating by putting so much perfume in their cleaners it's a health hazard (migraines just to start with). I spent days trying to air out the smell out so I could take the car on a road trip without feeling sick. There is no reason for this. I rent cars all over the country and there's consistent awareness that people have sensitivities to strong smells and there are plenty of unsented or lightly scented cleaning products.

    Attempted to contact this location after exhausting online reservation options. Called the number listed here but was rerouted to the main reservations line who [not surprisingly] could not help but instead put me in contact with them directly. So, a few minutes on the phone just to get the Lakewood location to say "Hello" then the lady 'transferred' me to the local reservations department and... hung up. Find another rental car agency. The time you don't waste will be more valuable than any savings you're hoping to gain.
