My appointment time was 8:00 AM and the service team checked me in as soon as I arrived. My service advisor was Vanessa and met with me within minutes and I went into the customer waiting area and was able to sit down and get a drink and a morning breakfast bar. The service was completed within the time quote and I was shown to Vanessa’s desk to review the service invoice. As we went over the services performed and the bill, I remembered that I had an email with a discount and Vanessa said that she would honor the discount for free wiper inserts and she made some phone calls and then disappeared for a few minutes. When she returned a few minutes later she adjusted the bill and had me pay for the invoice. She then stated that my car was waiting for me in the pickup area. I did notice some dirt on her hands as I realized that she had removed and replaced my front windshield wipers herself. What a great experience it was working with Courtesy Acura and Vanessa! I will return there for future service requirements and ask for Vanessa by name.

My wife and I needed a bigger car. We love the Acura brand but hadn’t bought one here in Colorado. We walked into Courtesy Acura and were greeted by Jimmy right away. Jimmy was great and professional throughout the entire process. Even after the sale, if we’ve had a question, Jimmy has helped us. It was a great experience throughout the entire process buying our MDX. Every time we’ve come back the dealership offers us a courtesy (no pun intended) car wash. We love our MDX and will be returning to courtesy for any of our Acura needs.

Jack in service department was very knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. This is rare in the auto service industry. He explained the service work needed patiently and thoroughly. My car came out super clean, interior and exterior. Waiting room was spacious and I was able to get some work done. The service is way better than the other Acura service place on S. Havana. Thanks, Jack, for your help. Also, thanks to the folks in sales. They gave me the info I was looking for even though I looked like I had just rolled out of bed, yet they were perfectly polite.

Hmmmm where to begin? Vanessa (service) was great, Peter (tech) was great. I mean I have had my NSX for almost 26 years. So I kinda know just from experience already what's up with the car and it's needs. So it's a bit of a test just popping in asking for an oil change and a repair for the door locking mechanism. When they mentioned this and that needed looking into, its a bit of a bonus that they know what's up that lines up with my thoughts. So props. 💪 Oh and the video of some of the work done is really cool. I drove my car 70+ miles and left it there for 2 weeks and I would do it again. Heck I could probably get AAA to just trailer the car there, but I forgot. Oops. Anyway driving is fun. (Are you listening AutoNation Acura of Colorado Springs? Read my review about them if you are curious. 🙄🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️) My only complaint is the construction on the street out front of the dealership making traffic a pain. Oh and the '25 RDX I got as a loaner was surprisingly fun to drive, I mean heavy since its an SUV by comparison to an NSX or my other cars, but no complaints other than it's just not my style. Some folks might dig it though, so if you're looking for a small, ok well its not really small, but its the "small" SUV Acura has at the moment, give it a look.

I have absolutely nothing positive to say about the service department at Courtesy Acura—aside from the fact that Vanessa, Chris, and, before he left, Connor were all decent enough to acknowledge and take responsibility for the endless mistakes made by their so-called "certified" technicians. I’ve owned several Acura’s but switched to Lexus long ago because their cars are built better, and their service is miles ahead of anything I’ve ever experienced here. Lexus may cost more, but it's worth every penny, and with every frustrating visit to Courtesy Acura, I find myself appreciating Lexus even more. Since my daughter refused to switch to Lexus, I’ve been stuck dealing with this abysmal dealership every time her car needs service, and it’s a nightmare every time. I’ve never had a service department screw up a car the way they do at Courtesy Acura. Let me make it clear: this is the last Acura we will ever own. Every time I bring my daughter’s car in for routine maintenance—rotating & balancing tires, replacing brake pads, etc.—it turns into a disaster. They somehow always find a way to mess it up. I’ve had to return twice or three times just to get them to do simple tasks correctly. These aren’t complicated repairs! And every time I go back, I’m bombarded with texts & emails asking me to leave a glowing review about how “wonderful” they are. They’ve been lucky I haven’t left an honest review until now. Actually, I tried once through the link they provided, but surprise—my review never got posted. If you leave a negative review through the link they provide from Reputation.com, there’s a high chance it won’t get published. That’s why the reviews you see are artificially inflated due to actively censoring any negative feedback. Reputation.com pushes for favorable reviews, but if you’ve had bad experiences like we have, they use this service to filter out negative feedback. I’m not using their review link this time. This is my unfiltered opinion. I can’t possibly be the only one who’s had this experience. These issues happen every time I bring the car in. Not once have I ever gotten my car back with the problem fixed. Not once. They’ve broken things they shouldn’t have even touched. Once, when I picked up the car, the driver-side door handle assembly was sitting on the floor mat, and the car was squealing every time I turned left. They’ve left things disassembled, based service recommendations on someone else’s car entirely, and sent me repair photos and performed repairs on our car based off issues from a completely different vehicle. I picked up the car and found puddles of water in the rear floor mats—either because they left the car out in the rain with the sunroof cracked or ran it through a car wash that way. Unbelievable. They always tell me the technician and service manager “test drove” the car and everything was perfect—only for me to have to return it because the problem was worse than before I dropped it off. Every. Single. Time. To top it off, they discontinued support for the AcuraLink services built into the vehicle, offering no explanation other than they’re using new chips and won’t support the older ones in a six-year-old car. This was one of the reasons we bought this vehicle, and now they won’t even replace the outdated chips with their newer technology. It’s utterly nonsensical. I’m done with this dealership, and I’m done with this brand. Honestly, I have no idea how anyone has the patience or time to tolerate such sheer incompetence. It’s mind-boggling. I’ve held off on leaving a bad review because, eventually, they’d “make it right”—sometimes, even if I had to take the car elsewhere to get it done properly—but enough is enough. It’s time to share an honest review of this dealership.
