The part was at the port of entry but was there by the next day, and Courtesy provided a loaner as I had many appointments. The part arrived on time and the work was performed promptly. Jack Aran orchestrated all of this, was available by phone, and was very professional. Glad I switched to Courtesy. It's a long way away from my home but worth it.

Jack is my service advisor who is always willing to take the time to explain the service that will be performed and if it is a complex maintenance, he is willing to take the time to present in lament terms and answer any questions. My service rep was very professional and helpful, and the entire experience was great, as all my visits have been over the years. I have been a long-time Honda and Acura owner and still believe they are the best cars ever made. Since 1981, I have owned three Hondas and four Acuras, and I have yet to have one break.
