  Can't say enough good things about my experience here. Vanessa, the service advisor, was recommended by salesman Rick. She lived up to all the hype! Great communication every step of the way. The pricing was better than quoted from another local dealer. The technicians cared for my car as their own. Happy to have taken the chance on coming to Courtesy Acura of Littleton!

  Just purchased our 2nd vehicle from this dealership which also included an Acura trade in vehicle. Our sales professional was Matt who provided outstanding service from start to finish. He spent a lot of time explaining the features of the vehicle as well as helping me with setup before I left the dealership. James also provided excellent service as well. I would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealership.

  I've had multiple cars go through this dealership over the course of 30 years. My experience with the service department has been excellent. Most recently, Vanessa has been my advisor and she's top notch. She's always prompt to reply to you and address any issues your vehicle may have immediately. Last year I had an unfortunate accident in the mountains, and Vanessa guided the whole claims process and repair of my vehicle with precision. She's always looking out for the customer. Vanessa is just such a good person and truly their service staff is all great. I will be loyal to these folks as I feel like they treat me the way a customer should be treated, with honesty, high ethics and friendliness. Let's face it, going to a Service Department is not considered a fun thing in life but at least Courtesy makes it a good experience.

  I had a very unusual computer related problem that was quickly diagnosed, including a video sent to me showing how they diagnosed it, Very informative. The part was at the port of entry but was there by the next day, and Courtesy provided a loaner as I had many appointments. The part arrived on time and the work was performed promptly. Jack Aran orchestrated all of this, was available by phone, and was very professional. Glad I switched to Courtesy. It's a long way away from my home but worth it.
