  Got an oil change and brakes inspected. Was given an estimate for parts and labor and then given discounts without asking upon pickup. Also said they would honor future discounts if I brought it back in within 30 days to get other outstanding issues taken care of. Vince was very helpful and knows exactly what he's talking about.

  This is definitely my go-to shop for anything car related! Justin runs a tight ship and his entire crew is super kind and professional. After being taken advantage of in the past, it’s comforting to know I can go somewhere where I know they’ll be honest instead of trying to sell me things I don’t need. Justin and Tutt were able to get me in on short notice to look at a potential oil leak. They quickly found the problem as well as a couple other issues, but let me know what was urgent and what minor things could wait until later, along with a free estimate. I appreciated them explaining everything in terms a person who doesn’t know much about cars could understand, and provided me with multiple options for my price range. These guys know what they’re doing and I will definitely be coming to them for any future repairs!!

  Originally came in to get a squeak in my 2021 Crosstrek's brakes looked at. Appointment was easy to make and when I got there everyone was super friendly, attentive and made a point to take me back to the car once they'd taken a look to show me what was going on. Turns out, that along with the brakes I also had a couple of dry-rotting front control arms (independently verified this via a mechanic friend of mine also), and was advised that they needed replacement. I was upfront with them that I would not be able to afford to get that done immediately and there was ZERO pressure to move forward that day or even with them specifically - they simply advised me of the safety concern and costs, then just trusted me to make the decision. After scheduling to come back in and get those control arms dealt with, they again made the whole process so easy, quick, and transparent. I particularly want to call out Justin (the GM) whom I mostly dealt with throughout this process. In my experience a team's overall attitude at work trickles down massively from their manager, and with Justin in charge I'm not surprised this location has such positive reviews and customer feedback.
