Total bait and switch. Additionally, they were inept and incompetent with the office administration and billing. I tried to help this local establishment, and this is what I experienced. Stay away.

I'm a perfectionist and noticed a bubble in the paint where it was repaired. Bradford kept it for just a few more hours and worked on it to make it perfect for me. Reasonable estimate and good work!

We finally had to get our insurance company to help and the local service representative went with me to inspect the car. He found more issues than I did! Well, fast forward to today. While washing the car we found a trim piece that was siliconed on. It had been broken so they glued it back on. Poor workmanship. Be weary of using this place.
