  Wash itself is decent. Every time I go, bubble brushes are out of service. Cannot purchase a carpet shampooer through the app and the qr code on the vaccuum is unusable. Too many pop-ups for both and CANNOT even get through them on mobile device

  This car wash is in desperate need of repair. Since Autowash took over, this car wash has been less than functional to the point where it will rob you of your money and waste your time. I visited today (for the last time ever) to rinse off some dirt off one of my cars that's been sitting for a couple months. Out of three self wash bays, one of them worked. The other two the stupid tablet was slow, glitchy and completely frozen. There is no longer a cash option, so I can only pay with card or their stupid app that also doesn't work. Also, I'm washing my car, why do I need an app? So Autowash can get in on user data collection and sell your personal information to whoever?? How do you know your data is safe with them? Also if you notice, there is a small camera above the tablet, why? I don't feel comfortable waving my credit card at the tap function with my numbers facing that camera which is right next to where users tap their cards. This is a huge security risk. Watch your credit card statements carefully... My biggest concern: I only wanted a high pressure rinse. The touch screen was extremely unresponsive and all over the place and I cannot select high pressure wash. All this while I'm watching the timer ticking and it taking my money and I cannot even make the selection I want. Eventually I made the selection I wanted, and started to spray down my car. I noticed a bunch of soap coming out of the nozzle. High pressure rinse should just be water. I tried cycling through some options and selecting high pressure rinse and soap kept on coming out. Then I tried spot free rinse, soap was also coming out of the nozzle. No matter what I tried, I cannot get my car rinsed clean. Now I was left with a car that was covered in soap, a bunch of money taken from me and more frustrated at a car wash than I should ever be. What happened to dropping a quarter or a token in, selecting an option with a physical knob and washing your car? We don't need this overly complicated technology mess to rinse dirt off our cars. This place needs some major maintenance, and less of this technology that doesn't work. In addition, I want my money back. There is no way I'm returning to this dumpster fire of a car wash.

  Awful place, ever since Autowash took over servicing this car wash. Just like the one on Remington closely (also Autowash) the soap runs out or is turned down to where it is basically just mildly-bubbly water. Prices have gone up a LOT since the owners have to give Autowash a good percentage of revenue. Sometimes, they don't even recycle the water properly- JUST LIKE the one on Remington Avenue closely, the water will be brown at times. The soap runs out by the late afternoon and nobody comes by to check. Avoid this place!! Don't waste $15 - $20. If you call them they will give you a code for a free wash but it does not matter. You will just end up rinsing the vehicle with dirty water.
